This International Trade Contract ("Contract") is entered into by

Description of Goods or Services:
1. The Seller agrees to sell and deliver to the Buyer the following
goods or services: [Description of goods or services], in the
quantity and quality specified in Attachment A.
2. The Buyer agrees to purchase and accept delivery of the goods
or services in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract.
Price and Payment Terms:
3. The total price for the goods or services shall be [Amount] per
[Unit], with a total price of [Total Amount].
4. Payment shall be made in [Currency] and shall be made via
[Payment Method] as specified in Attachment B.
Delivery Terms:
5. The Seller shall be responsible for packaging and preparing the
goods for shipment in accordance with international trade
standards. The Seller shall also be responsible for arranging for the
transportation of the goods to the designated delivery location
specified in Attachment C.
6. The delivery date for the goods or services shall be specified in
Attachment C, and the Seller shall make every effort to meet the
agreed-upon delivery date. However, the Seller shall not be liable
for any delays in delivery beyond its reasonable control.
Quality Assurance:
7. The Seller warrants that the goods or services supplied under
this Contract shall conform to the specifications provided in
Attachment A and shall be free from defects in workmanship and
materials.
8. The Buyer shall have the right to inspect the goods or services
upon delivery and shall notify the Seller within [Number of Days]
of any non-conformity or defects.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
9. This Contract shall be governed by the laws of [Governing Law
Jurisdiction]. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this
Contract shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with
the rules of [Arbitration Institution].
