新型杀螨剂——螨危作者:李翠英来源:《湖南农业》 2013年第6期沅江市农业局李翠英螨危,又名螨危多,是一种全新的高效非内吸性叶面杀螨剂。
作用机理通过抑制害螨体内脂肪合成,破坏其代谢活动,最终杀死害螨。
螨危与其他现有杀螨剂不存在交互抗性问题,效果突出,可以与大部分农药(强碱性农药与铜制剂除外)现混现用。
作用特点①广谱高效性。
对红蜘蛛、黄蜘蛛、柑桔全爪螨、苹果叶螨、山楂叶螨和二斑叶螨等均有良好的防治效果,可有效防治柑桔、枇杷、葡萄、苹果、梨、桃、杏、樱桃、李、板栗等多种果树以及辣椒、番茄等茄科作物上的螨害,还可以防治对其他杀螨剂产生抗药性的害螨。
②卵、幼兼杀。
杀卵效果优异,同时对幼若螨也有良好的触杀作用,对雄成螨效果不理想,但对雌成螨有很好的绝育作用,雌成螨触药后所产的卵有96%不能孵化。
③持效期长。
喷药后,药剂在叶片上的黏着性强,耐雨水冲刷,持续期可达40~50天。
使用方法①均匀喷雾。
该药为非内吸性,因此用药剂对水喷雾时,要尽可能喷雾均匀,确保药液喷到叶片正反面及果实表面,以充分发挥药效。
②用药时间。
一是防治苹果叶螨、山楂叶螨、二斑叶螨。
一般在果树谢花后7~10天,用24%螨危悬浮剂4000~5000倍液均匀喷洒树冠,果实采收前14天停止使用。
二是防治柑桔全爪螨。
一般在害螨发生前期使用,以便充分发挥螨危持效期长的特点,使用浓度为4500~5000倍液,喷雾,有效期长达40~50天。
三是防治红蜘蛛、黄蜘蛛。
在春季开始用药防治,当红蜘蛛、黄蜘蛛的危害达到防治指标(即每叶出卵数达到10粒或每叶若虫三四头)时,使用24%螨危悬浮剂4000~5000倍均匀喷雾,有效控制期可达50天,在果实采收前7天停止施用;在秋季九十月份,红蜘蛛、黄蜘蛛虫口上升达到防治指标时,使用24%螨危悬浮剂4000~5000倍液,再喷施1次,即可控制到果树采收,直至冬季清园。
6种杀螨剂防治柑橘红蜘蛛田间药效作者:毛腾霄来源:《安徽农业科学》2015年第14期摘要[目的]筛选出防治柑橘红蜘蛛的高效杀螨剂,为指导生产合理用药提供理论依据。
[方法]采用小区试验研究了6种杀螨剂对柑橘红蜘蛛的田间药效。
[结果] 6种杀螨剂对柑橘红蜘蛛的防效为68.81%~97.68%。
其中,240 g/L螺螨酯悬浮剂4 800倍稀释液1、3、10、15和30 d 防效分别为95.50%、97.68%、94.49%、92.61%和91.55%,而10.5%阿维·哒螨灵乳油1 200倍稀释液相应的防效分别为88.36%、91.27%、94.30%、94.38%和95.78%。
[结论]上述2种药剂均表现出较好的速效性和持效性,可在生产上选用于防治柑橘红蜘蛛。

[Method] The field efficacy of six kinds of acaricides on Panonychus citri McGregor was studied by plot test. 乙螨唑对温室草莓红蜘蛛的防治试验作者:张强,赵冰梅,涂强来源:《农业工程技术·温室园艺》2017年第11期【摘要】草莓红蜘蛛在新疆兵团保护地栽培中危害严重,试验研究了单用乙螨唑不同浓度梯度、乙螨唑与阿维菌素桶混不同浓度梯度及其他药物对红蜘蛛的防治效果。
结果表明,乙螨唑单用3000倍液、4000倍液对红蜘蛛有较好的防治效果,最高防治效果可达93.7%;乙螨唑+阿维菌素桶混(3000倍液+3000倍液、4000倍液+3000倍液)最高防治效果可达95.1%,比相同浓度下单用乙螨唑的防治效果更佳。
因此生产中对草莓红蜘蛛的防治,推荐乙螨唑与阿维菌素桶混用药。
年来,新疆兵团设施草莓种植面积逐年扩大,伴随着病虫害的危害也越来越严重,草莓常年连作及种苗扩繁导致红蜘蛛的危害日益猖獗,防治成本逐年提高。
各种杀螨剂的使用,使授粉熊蜂或蜜蜂被杀死的现象频发。
因此,在当地生产中急需引进科学的防治草莓红蜘蛛的用药技术和高效低毒的新产品。
据调查,目前危害新疆兵团温室草莓的红蜘蛛种类主要为二斑叶螨[1]。
目前研究表明,对二斑叶螨主要防治手段仍为化学防治[2]。
但随着各种化学药剂的不科学使用,二斑叶螨的抗药性越来越强,防治效果也越来越差[3-4]。
近几年,随着许多高效低毒、残留量低、安全性高等防治草莓红蜘蛛新药的不断问世,大大降低了防治成本。
为此,该文对防治红蜘蛛的一种新药——乙螨唑进行了温室内防治效果试验,以期了解该药对红蜘蛛的防治效果,为草莓红蜘蛛的防治提供科学试验依据。
材料与方法供试作物与防治对象供试作物:草莓(品种为‘红颜’)。
防治对象:红蜘蛛。
供试药剂试验供试药剂(表1):110 g/L乙螨唑悬浮剂(上海生农生化有限公司生产),1.8%阿维菌素乳油(河北威远生物化工股份有限公司生产),43.0%爱卡螨悬浮剂(美国科聚亚公司生产),22.4%亩旺特悬浮剂(拜耳作物科学(中国)有限公司生产),倍创助剂(四川蜀峰化工有限公司生产)。

1概述
乙螨唑(SC)为日本住友化学株式会社研发的一种全新具特殊结构的杀螨剂,商标名称:来福禄。

2理化性状
乙螨唑属于二苯基恶唑啉衍生物。
乙螨唑纯品外观为白色晶体粉末,熔点:101.5~102.5℃;分解温度293℃;蒸气压(25℃):
7.0×10-6Pa;正辛醇/水Kow Log P=5.59(25℃);溶解度(g/L,20℃):
水中7.04×10-5,丙酮中309.4,甲醇中104.0,二甲苯中251.7。
3作用特点
抑制螨卵的胚胎形成以及从幼螨到成螨的蜕皮过程,对卵及幼螨有效,对成螨无效,但是对雌性成螨具有很好的不育作用。
因此其最佳的防治时间是害螨危害初期。
耐雨性强,持效期长达50天。
4防治对象
主要防治苹果、柑橘的红蜘蛛,对棉花、花卉、蔬菜等作物的叶螨、始叶螨、全爪螨、二斑叶螨、朱砂叶螨等螨类也有卓越防效。
5使用方法
11%的乙螨唑悬浮剂兑水稀释5000-7500倍进行喷施。

其对各类作物常见的害螨均有较好的防效,对于棉花、花卉、蔬菜等作物的叶螨、始叶螨、全爪螨、二斑叶螨、朱砂叶螨等螨类,有较好的防治效果,还可以防治苹果、柑橘的红蜘蛛。
理化性质乙唑螨腈英文通用名:Cyetpyrafen;CAS号:1253429-01-4;分子式:C24H31N3O2;化学名称:(Z)-2-(4-叔丁基苯基)-2-氰基-1-(1-乙基-3-甲基吡唑-5-基)乙烯基-2,2-二甲基丙酸酯;结构式如图1。
图1 乙唑螨腈的结构式乙唑螨腈原药为白色固体,熔点为92~93℃,易溶于二甲基甲酰胺、乙腈、丙酮、甲醇、乙酸乙酯、二氯甲烷等,可溶于石油醚、庚烷,难溶于水。
作用机制乙唑螨腈是一种新型的丙烯腈类杀螨剂,属于非内吸性杀螨剂,主要通过触杀以及胃毒的作用杀死螨虫。
乙唑螨腈与腈吡螨酯、丁氟螨酯同属β-酮腈类线粒体电子传递复合物Ⅱ抑制剂,其在螨虫体内代谢转化成羟基化合物,抑制琥珀酸脱氢酶的作用,进而作用于呼吸电子传递链中复合体Ⅱ,破坏能量合成,达到防治作用,一般1~3天就能达到防效高峰。

9种常见杀螨剂详解,选对会用才是高手!针对卵、幼螨、若螨四螨嗪:四嗪类杀螨剂,胚胎发育抑制剂,不感温,主要杀螨卵,对幼螨也有一定效果,对成螨无效。
对苹果红蜘蛛有特效,持效期长,但是效果来得慢,对捕食性螨和益虫无影响,用于苹果、观赏植物和柑橘、棉花等,在开花期前、后各施一次。
螺螨酯:具触杀作用,没有内吸性。
主要抑制螨的脂肪合成,阻断螨的能量代谢,对害螨幼螨、若螨具有良好的杀伤效果,有一定的杀卵效果,对成螨无效,但具有抑制雌螨产卵孵化率的作用。
缺点是感温,低温时效果不理想,效果慢,但持效期长,是目前主流的杀螨剂之一。
但是很多小厂家用作隐形成分导致抗性上升非常快,需要复配才能达到理想杀螨效果。
乙螨唑:相对较新的化合物,主要杀卵和幼螨,抑制螨卵的胚胎形成以及从幼螨到成螨的蜕皮过程,对成螨无效,但是对雌性成螨具有很好的不育作用,因此其最佳的防治时间是害螨危害初期。
耐雨性强,效果慢,持效期长达50天,而且毒性低,对环境友好,是目前必备的杀螨剂,通常作杀卵的配药。
针对若螨、成螨苯丁锡:属于触杀型长效专用杀螨剂,对红蜘蛛、锈壁虱有效,其他螨类效果不理想。
对成若螨杀伤力较大,温度低于22℃时药效较差,高温使用药效才能充分发挥,持效期长,对天敌也比较安全。
缺点是容易出药害,特别是32℃以上高温时对嫩梢、幼果有较大的药害风险,建议尽量单打,不要与乳油剂型的农药复配。
炔螨特:是一种有机硫类杀螨剂,具有触杀和胃毒作用,无内吸和渗透传导作用,对红蜘蛛、锈壁虱有效,其他螨类不理想。
主杀成螨、若螨,杀卵效果差。
持效期短,且感温,在温度20℃以下药效打折,气温低于14℃最好不要选用。
速效性很好,没有太大抗性,高温对幼果有药害风险,容易花皮,因此,仅适用于采果后清园、春梢冒芽、入秋后使用。
阿维菌素:刺激精神经传递介质r-氨基丁酸的释放,干扰正常的神经生理活动,螨类成虫、若虫中毒后,麻痹,不活动,停止取食,2-3天后死亡。
对螨具有胃毒和触杀作用,并有微弱的熏蒸作用,无内吸性,但对叶片有很强的渗透作用,持效期长,不能杀卵。
