一、跨境零售电商
跨境零售中的跨境B2C(Business-to-Consumer)电商是指分属不同关境的企业直接面向消费者个人开展在线销售产品和服务,通过电商平台达成交易、进行支付结算,并通过跨境物流送达商品、完成交易的一种国家商业活动。
跨境C2C(Consumer-to-Consumer)是指分属不同关境的个人卖方对个人买方开展在线销售产品和服务,由个人卖家通过第三方电商平台发布售卖产品信息、价格等内容,个人买方进行筛选,最终通过电商平台达成交易、进行支付结算,并通过跨境物流送达商品、完成交易的一种国际商业活动。
二、跨境B2B电商
跨境B2B(Business-to-Business)电商,是指分属不同关境的企业对企业,通过电商平台达成交易,进行支付结算,并通过跨境物流送达商品、完成交易的一种国际商业活动。
三、跨境进出口电商流程
从跨境电商进出口的流程看,生产商或制造商将生产的商品在跨境电商企业的平台上上线展示,在商品被选购下单并完成支付后,跨境电商企业将商品交付给物流企业进行投递,经过两次(出口国和进口国)海关通关商检后,最终送达消费者或企业手中,也有的跨境电商企业直接与第三方综合服务平台合作,让第三方综合服务平台代办物流、通关商检等一系列环节,从而完成整个跨境电商交易的过程。
跨境电商进口的流程除了与出口流程的方向相反外,其他内容基本相同。
跨境电商涵盖物流、信息流、资金流、单证流,随着跨境电商经济的不断发展,跨境电商核心企业吸引并孵化出了一些配套的企业,软件公司、代运营公司、在线支付公司、物流公司等配套企业都开始围绕跨境电商企业进行集聚,服务内容涵盖网店装修、图片翻译描述、网店运营、营销、物流、退换货、金融服务、质检、保险等,整个行业生态体系也越来越健全,分工也越来越清晰。
跨境电商与传统的国际贸易模式相比,受到地理范围的限制较少,受各国贸易保护措施影响较小,交易环节涉及中间商较少,因而价格低廉,利润率高。
