由遭受搁浅，触礁，沉没，互撞，与流冰或者其他物体碰撞以及失火，爆炸意外事故造成货物的全部或部分损失。
③在运输工具已经发生搁浅，触礁，沉没，焚毁意外事故的情况下，货物在此前后又在还上遭受恶劣气候，雷达，海啸等自然灾害所造成的部分损失（两者同时发生）。

全部海损是指由于海滩，火灾或者其他原因引起的全部运输货物的全部损失。部分海损是指货物的损失只是部分的。

自然灾害
Vile weather, thunder, and lightning, tsunami, earthquake, flood, etc.
恶劣天气，雷电，海啸，地震，洪水等灾难。
b.Particular average
单独海损
是指因货物丢失货损坏而蒙受的损失。在单独海损中，运输中的其他被保各方（如承运人和其他货物没有受到损失的货主）不必分摊受损的一方的补偿费用。
（注，发货人遇到的大部分损失都是部分损失）
Marine Insurance Coverage【海上保险险别】
A.Basic Insurance Coverage基本险
水渍险的负责赔偿范围比平安险要广。除了平安险的各项责任以外，水渍险还负责被保险货物在运输途中由于恶劣气候，雷电，海啸，地震，洪水等造成的部分损失。
（与平安险③做比较）
在三种基本先别中，一切险承包的范围最广。除了包括上述平安险和水渍险的各项责任以外，该保险还负责被保险货物在运输过程中由于一般外来因素所致的全部和部分损失。但是一切险不承担所有的风险。该条款排除对由于战争、罢工、动乱等因素造成的损失的赔偿。一切险只负责赔偿由于外来原因造成的物理性灭失或损失。
