By repeating such actions, a main body 27 is filled with the liquid. When the valve 28 is opened here, the liquid passes through the flow path 29, opens the check valve CV4 and is discharged out of a delivery port for a liquid reserving chamber 33. In this case, the volume of the bellows 11 pushed by the piston rod 5 is constant, therefore, the pressure thereof is also constant.
