100多件参展作品全部是1980―2010年间创作完成的。

艺术家们用雕塑、绘画、摄影、录像等不同的方式向我们纪录和展示了由科技进步所带来的艺术创新和探索及其由此引发的艺术观念、艺术风貌的变化;同时透过这些作品，也让我们看到了英国近30年来的社会、文化变迁。
