1、无纺布基材双面胶粘性及加工性好,一般长期耐温70-80 C,短期耐温100-120 C,厚度一般为0.08-0.15MM ,适合于铭板,塑胶之贴合,汽车,手机,电器,海棉,橡胶,标牌,纸品,玩具等行业,家电和电子仪器零件组装,显示屏镜片。
2、无基材双面胶具有优良的粘合效果能防止脱落与优异的防水性能,加工性好、耐温性好,短期可耐温204-230 C, 一般长期耐温120-145 C,厚度一般为0.05-0.13MM ,适合于铭板、面板、装饰件的粘接。
3、PET基材双面胶耐温性好、抗剪切性强,一般长期耐温100-125 C,短期耐温150-200 C,厚度一般为0.048-0.2MM ,适合于铭板、LCD、装饰品、装饰件的粘接。
4、泡棉基材双面胶具有柔软、贴服性好、初粘性和持粘性好,抗溶剂性和抗紫外线好,一般厚度为0.4-1.0MM ,短期耐温130-150 C,长期耐温80-93 C, 适用于空调器、办公家具、通讯产品的粘接,可代替螺丝固定设计,使产品更美观。
5、热熔胶膜具有良好的一致性、均匀的粘接厚度,不含溶剂,易加工,对很多物体有良好的粘接性,厚度为0.1MM ,颜色为半透明/琥珀色,热熔软化温度116-123 C。
适用于铭牌、塑料、五金件的粘接;在不平整物体表面粘接也可获得好的效果,建议初始粘接条件为:温度132-138 C,粘接时间1-2秒,压力为10-20磅/平方英寸。

Chilling the adhesive between 35°F and 50°F will improve the processability. 市场常用吸波材料吸波频率范围1、吸波材料介绍1.1随着现代科学技术的发展,电磁波辐射对环境的影响日益增大。
在机场,飞机航班因电磁波干扰无法起飞而误点;在医院,移动电话常会干扰各种电子诊疗仪器的正常工作。
因此,治理电磁污染,寻找一种能抵挡并削弱电磁波辐射的材料——吸波材料,已成为材料科学的一大课题。
1.2电磁辐射通过热效应、非热效应、累积效应对人体造成直接和间接的伤害。
研究证实,铁氧体吸波材料性能最佳,它具有吸收频段高、吸收率高、匹配厚度薄等特点。
将这种材料应用于电子设备中可吸收泄露的电磁辐射,能达到消除电磁干扰的目的。
根据电磁波在介质中从低磁导向高磁导方向传播的规律,利用高磁导率铁氧体引导电磁波,通过共振,大量吸收电磁波的辐射能量,再通过耦合把电磁波的能量转变成热能。
2、吸收材料的形状2.1 尖劈形微波暗室采用的吸收体常做成尖劈形(金子塔形状),主要由聚氨酯泡沫型、无纺布难燃型、硅酸盐板金属膜组装型等。
着频率的降低(波长增长),吸收体长度也大大增加,普通尖劈形吸收体有近似关系式L/λ≈1,所以在100MHz时,尖劈长度达3000mm,不但在工艺上难以实现,而且微波暗室有效可用空间也大为减少。
2.2 单层平板形国外最早研制成的吸收体就是单层平板形,后来制成的吸收体都是直接贴在金属屏蔽层上,其厚度薄、重量轻,但工作频率范围较窄。
2.3 双层或多层平板形这种吸收体可在很宽的工作频率范围内工作,且可制成任意形状。
如日本NEC公司将铁氧体和金属短纤维均匀分散在合适的有机高分子树脂中制成复合材料,工作频带可拓宽40%~50%。
其缺点是厚度大、工艺复杂、成本较高。
2.4 涂层形在飞行器表面只能用涂层型吸收材料,为展宽频率带,一般都采用复合材料的涂层。
如锂镉铁氧体涂层厚度为2.5mm~5mm时,在厘米波段,可衰减8.5dB;尖晶石铁氧体涂层厚度为2.5mm时,在9GHz可衰减24dB;铁氧体加氯丁橡胶涂层厚度为1.7mm~2.5mm时,在5GHz~10GHz衰减达30dB 左右。
