Individual statement
For this presentation, I was mainly responsible for the introductory section, including
introducing the company background, engagement, compensation structure,
supporting culture, achievement recognition and well-being policies of Impulse
Company. In the meantime, I cooperated with our teammates Philip and Amor to do
some research and analysis on the areas of compensation, socializing and training in
depth. Totally, I think, before the formal team presentation on 10th November, I was
