Get students learn the meaning of the new words “shark fin ,cruel ect”.By showing a video gave students know how people get the shark fin and ask them “Do you still want to try shark fin soup?” next, show the pictures of process of getting shark fin and making shark fin soup, get students know the meaning and the urgency of Saving sharks! Step 2: While-readingTask1. Reading the whole passage quickly and find the main idea of this passage. At the same time, get the students know some reading tips like Looking at the pictures and the topic, You can get some main information about the text. Besides, have students get the the meaning of each paragraph with reading tip2 like Find out the key words in each paragraph. 今天，借此平台，有机会与各位同行交流，希望大家指导我的说课。
谢谢！我主要是从学情分析、教材分析、教学目标、教学策略、教学过程、效果预测等几个方面进行具体的阐述。
一．Analysis of the students` learning condition(学情分析)九年级学生在心理方面相对比较成熟，思维也非常活跃。
虽然已经掌握了一定的英语基础，但是部分学生学习兴趣不高。
教学活动中尽量让他们参与到活动中来，创造更多的机会，鼓励他们多说英语，树立学好英语的自信心。
因此在教学中我不光注重知识的传授，还重视培养学生的学习兴趣。
二．Analysis of the teaching material(教材分析)Section A 3a版块是阅读任务。
3a 的阅读是一篇倡议书，其中介绍了人类捕捉鲨鱼获取鱼翅，破坏生态平衡的情况，文章紧扣单元话题，呼吁人们保护鲨鱼，渗透了对学生的情感教育。
3a的阅读任务是要求学生阅读文章，根据文章内容填写表格，目的是考察学生对文章细节的掌握。

2. 语言技能目标：能读懂有关环境污染和环境保护话题的文章，了解鲨鱼所面临的危险处境，拒绝食用鱼翅。
3. 情感态度价值观目标：本单元以“pollution and environmental protection”为话题，谈论目前的环境现状、存在问题，呼吁保护环境，树立环保意识。
引导学生根据不同语境选择不同时态来表述环境问题，并能正确认识人与自然的关系。
