如何申请签证步骤 1首先决定您准备申请哪一类签证。

请参考签证类别。

访客签证如果访澳目的为旅游或其他娱乐目的（度假，观光，探望亲戚或朋友），应申请访客签证。

如在澳期间打算参加3个月或以内的课程，可以申请访客签证。

访客签证持有人在澳期间不得工作或从事任何商业活动。

签证种类访客签证种类有：∙访客签证（子类别676）o允许停留三个月，六个月或十二个月o签证在澳大利亚驻华签证处受理∙被担保家庭成员访客签证（子类别679)o需在澳有亲戚o一般只允许停留三个月，但在特殊情况下可以允许十二个月的停留o请注意被担保家庭成员访客签证已不再中国境内处理。

访客签证（子类别676）你需要∙48RCHS表格∙54表格–家庭成员组成∙申请明细表∙申请费请注意：所有表格可以在.au/allforms/index.htm下载请注意：申请人有责任提供所有材料以帮助签证申请得到审理。

如表格未填完整，或信息不真实准确，或材料不完整，或不符合某些相关条款则会导致申请被延误或被拒签。

在哪里申请下列省市的申请人需要在上海签证处申请北京，黑龙江，吉林，辽宁，天津，山东，河北，内蒙古，山西，河南，宁夏，陕西，四川，重庆，甘肃，青海，新疆，西藏，上海，江苏，浙江，安徽，江西，湖北下列省市的申请人需要在广州签证处申请广东，福建，湖南，广西，云南，贵州，海南请注意北京签证处不再受理个人旅游访客签证申请。

签证审理时间审理时间不是固定的。

详细情况请参看审理时间页面.签证长度允许停留时间取决于申请人的情况和访问澳大利亚的目的。

∙一般而言，目的为旅游的访客签证停留时间不会超过三个月。

∙如果你考虑申请停留6个月或以上的签证，签证官会综合考虑你的所有情况，包括和在澳亲戚的关系，并做出签证停留长度的决定。

∙停留12个月的签证一般只发给那些以申请过父母移民的澳大利亚公民/永久居民的父母。

签证官会根据判断对每个申请的签证停留长度做出决定。

体格检查访客签证申请人一般情况下不需要进行体格或X光胸透检查，但下列情况例外：∙申请人已经70岁或以上∙申请人需要申请在澳停留超过3个月∙申请人需要在澳参加4周以上的学习课程∙申请人如有任何可能进入制药厂，医院或健康机构（包括护理院）∙申请人有可能在澳大利亚幼儿抚养机构（包括幼儿园或托儿所）就职或进行培训。

∙申请人如同时为父母移民的申请人，申请超过3个月停留，并且移民已进入排队状态。
