moment we are born until the day we depart from this world,

we are constantly learning and evolving. Whether it’s

formal education in schools or informal learning through

experiences, every encounter presents an opportunity to

broaden our understanding of the world around us.

Moreover, learning fosters personal development. It

equips us with the necessary tools to navigate through

life’s challenges and seize opportunities. By acquiring

new knowledge and skills, we become more adaptable and resilient in the face of adversity. For instance, learning

对学习英语的一些看法

比起现在的学生，我们接触英语算是比较晚的了，初中才开始学，而且是一点基础都没有。一些大城市，诸如北京、上海，学生小学毕业后就能够用英语自由会话了，更不用说香港这样的前殖民地了（在高中的时候，我们用地教材就是香港小学生的，即使是小学生的，读起来还是很吃力）。

好多人说学英语最重要的是单词，这一点毋庸置疑，因为没有大量单词做基础，无论是阅读还是会话都不太可能实现。但是我认为在熟记单词的前提下，还要培养自己语感，什么是语感呢，顾名思义，就是对语言的感觉。这样解释当然有些偷懒，深入一些呢，我想用一种现象来解释：假设你每天的早餐的菜就是臭豆腐，除此以外没有其他的菜，开始你非常讨厌它，因为它臭不可闻，令人作呕，所以你每天只吃白饭不吃菜；但是时间长了，白饭没有味道，下咽也很困难，你就抱着尝试的态度，捏着鼻子尝了一点臭豆腐，咦，没有闻起来那么臭吗，细品尝一下，还觉得有点滋味；有了第一次的尝试，就有第二次，第三次…时间长了，吃得也越来越多了，你发现臭豆腐虽然很臭，但是吃起来却有种异香，渐渐的都离不开它了，你也就对它产生“感觉”。俗话说得好，“日久生情”，对一件事物接触的多了，了解的深入了，即使开始不是太喜欢或认同它，也会理解和承认它，这就是对它有“感觉”了。

那么，对于英语这块“臭豆腐”，怎么才能让你对它有感觉呢？

上大学的时候，有位英语老师很幽默，他常说“英语就是英国的傻瓜都会说的语言”。哈哈，有意思吧。所以说，英语其实没有那么难，只是一种习惯，一种思维模式。换位思考一下，你想想你在表达一个意思的时候，是不是先想想怎么说合适，再酝酿一下，然后遣词造句，最后表达出来吗，当然不是，如果每句话都这么说的话，你早就累趴下了。多数时候，你要表达一个意思，是不是心里想着，随口也就说出来了呢？因此，我们学英语目标也是要达到心里想表达什么意思，随口也就说出来了的水平。

如何达到这个目标呢？

我推荐一个好办法，就是背诵。古语有云，“书读百遍，其义自现”，读得多了，即使不去刻意思考，也会渐渐理解其中的意思。前面说到，我们接触英语都比较晚，而且基础都很差，还有就是我们学英语最重要的目的是应付考试，实际应用很少，学起来自然没有什么兴趣。尤其是到了市里上高中之后，对比就更明显了，市里的学生不仅口语说得比我好，而且考试成绩也总是领先我很多。我很苦恼，也很无奈，想从头开始补起吧，来不及了（学英语是需要沉淀的）；跟班学吧，实在听不懂。于是，老师向我推荐了一个办法，就是背诵英文课文。大一的暑假，我把新概念第二册的课文背诵了40多篇，每一篇都是先听录音，再大声的读，读累了就再听录音，然后再读，每一篇都读了200遍以上，甚至有些比较好的文章读了500遍以上，每一篇都达到了你随便说一句，然后我就能顺下去，一直到结束的程度，而且声调和语调都尽量模仿录音。此外，我还做了大量的习题，对每种习题都进行分类，争取看到一道题就知道它所考的知识点是什么，它容易错的地方在哪，并把错题都整理到一起，每天都拿出来看一看，要求自己下次不要再错。大二开始的考试（唐山一中为了使学生在假期保持学习状态，在每学期开始都会组织一次考试）的时候，我的英语提高了20多分，从之前的90多分，一下就到了120左右。后来，我一直都坚持背课文，我把新概念第二册背完之后，就开始背诵第三册，上大学之后，才把第三册背完，又背了其他许多材料，考四、六级的时候，我一点都没有准备，但是每次成绩都在500以上。另外，通过背诵，口语表达能力也得到了提升，甚至中文的表达也比之前流畅了许多，在与人交流的时候，我经常会不经意地用一句英文表达自己的意思。
