摘 要

本设计题目是拟在哈尔滨建造一幢综合性高层办公楼,建筑面积为9500㎡(设计误差允许±5%范围内)。在老师的指导下,首先根据设计任务书及高层综合办公楼建筑功能要求进行了建筑方案设计,并结合钢筋混凝土结构的特点,采用CAD、天正等软件对建筑平面,立面,剖面施工图的绘制,并设计了楼梯,大墙剖面等主要建筑大样图。

本设计采用框架结构方案。在确定框架布局之后,取一榀框架,先计算水平风荷载作用下的结构内力(弯矩、剪力、轴力),接着求出在竖向荷载(恒荷载和活荷载)作用下的结构内力(弯矩、剪力、轴力)。找出最不利的一组或几组内力组合。选取最安全的结果计算并绘图。此外还进行了结构方案中的楼梯的设计。完成了平台板,梯段板,平台梁等结构的内力和计算及施工图的绘制。最后对双向板和单向板的设计和计算及施工图的绘制。

本工程地基基础采用干作业成孔灌注桩基础,承台采用锥形承台。

本设计培养学生综合运用所学钢筋混凝土结构基础理论和专业知识解决实际问题的能力。从建筑方案设计,建筑施工图设计,结构计算书到结构施工图,地基基础设计到施工图这一整套设计。是学生受到全面的训练,能独立完成规定任务,掌握建筑工程设计的主要过程及内容,为今后的工作打下良好的基础。

Abstract

This topic is designed to be built in Harbin in a comprehensive high-rise

office building construction area of 9500 square meters (design error

allowed±5%)。Teachers under the guidance of the first tasks in accordance with

structure by the basic theory and professional knowledge to solve practical

problems.From the construction programme design, construction design plans and

structural calculations to the structure of the construction plans,foundation design

and construction of this set of design plans.So that students are fully trained, able

to complete the tasks,grasp the main building design and content of the course for

future work to lay a good foundation.
