KAP护理干预对肠癌手术患者术后肠胃功能
与心理状态恢复的影响研究

【摘要】目的:探讨对肠癌手术患者实施知信行(KAP)护理干预的临床效果。方法:此次研究对象为2018年
6月至2020年7月于本院治疗肠癌的68例患者,根据其不同入院治疗时间分为参照组(2018年6月至2019年6月入
院,常规护理,34例)和研究组(2019年7月至2020年7月入院,KAP护理干预,34例)。对比两组护理前后胃功能
指标(胃泌素17、胃蛋白酶原1水平)和心理状态指标[焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果:
护理后,研究组胃泌素17、胃蛋白酶原1水平高于参照组,SAS评分、SDS评分低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:对肠
癌手术患者实施KAP护理干预可有效促进胃肠功能的恢复,还能显著改善其负性心理情绪。

肠癌是临床常见的一种消化道癌症,常见的有直
肠癌、结肠癌,通常早期无特异性症状,但随着病情发
展,患者逐渐出现大便习惯改变、消瘦、发热、肠梗阻
等症状,甚至发生肿瘤浸润或转移,危及生命[1]。目前,
临床主要采用肠癌根治术治疗肠癌,但是根治术创伤
性较大,对患者生理功能与心理状态会造成一定的影
响,不利于患者术后快速恢复[2]。因此,在术后应加强
患者的护理干预,常规护理干预比较被动,而且多注
重患者的病情干预,在改善心理状态方面效果欠佳。
知信行(knowledge attitude practice,KAP)护理干预是
从患者病情、心理、生理改善方面出发,可更好地提高
其认知水平和依从性,有研究[3]表示该护理干预对改
