International Logistics Transport Contract

1. Objectives
Party A agrees to provide logistics and transportation services to Party
B, according to the terms and conditions stipulated in this contract.
2. Scope of Services
2.1 Party A shall be responsible for delivering and transporting the
goods from the point of origin to the agreed destination, using suitable
transportation methods and routes.
2.2 Party A shall arrange for necessary documentation, including
customs clearance and insurance, as required for the transportation of the
goods.
2.3 Party A shall take reasonable measures to ensure the safety and
integrity of the goods during transportation.
3. Delivery Terms
3.1 The goods shall be delivered in accordance with the agreed upon
schedule and transit time.
3.2 Party B shall provide accurate and complete information related to
the delivery address, contact person, and any special requirements. 3.3 Party B shall be responsible for any additional costs or delays
incurred due to incomplete or incorrect information provided.
3.4 In the event of any delay or unforeseen circumstances, Party A
shall promptly inform Party B and take necessary actions to minimize any
adverse impact.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Party B agrees to pay the transportation fee as agreed upon in this

4.2 Party B shall reimburse Party A for any additional costs incurred
due to changes in the transportation arrangements requested by Party B.
4.3 In the event of non-payment or late payment, Party A shall have

5. Liability and Insurance
5.1 Party A shall be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of the goods
during transportation, excluding any force majeure events or acts of
negligence by Party B.
5.2 Party A shall provide insurance coverage for the goods during

5.3 Party B shall promptly notify Party A in writing of any loss or

provide timely notification may result in a waiver of the claim. 6. Force Majeure
6.1 Neither Party shall be held liable for any delay or failure in
performance of their obligations under this contract if such delay or failure is

6.2 In the event of a force majeure event, the affected Party shall
promptly notify the other Party in writing and take reasonable measures to
mitigate any adverse impact.
7. Termination
7.1 Either Party may terminate this contract by providing a written

7.2 Termination of this contract shall not relieve either Party of their
obligations related to goods already in transit or payment obligations
incurred prior to termination.
