如何处理好作文与做人的关系

作文是一种需要兴趣支配的活动，教师可以利用作文活动对学生进行意志品质的培养；作文是一种创造性的活动，它可以激发学生的想象，活跃学生的思维，开发学生的创造潜能，培养学生的创新能力；作文更是一种精神活动，它可以净化学生的内心世界，塑造学生的灵魂，培养学生鲜明的个性、健全的人格。关注语文作文板块的教学，不仅仅可以提升学生的写作水平，更可以成就学生的一生。

一、如何“作文”

做人，要有主见。没有主见的生命是一个没有独立人格的生命，是一个没有灵魂的生命。作文也如此，要写出“自己别具一格的心灵的独特感受”， 要独辟蹊径，思前人所未思，言前人所未言，从而创造出一篇鲜活、有生命力的令人耳目一新的上好的作品，这样的作品才是真正有价值的好作品。

作文的内容由生活材料和思想感情两者构成。让学生深入观察生活、积极参与生活，并与写生、写日记、写观察笔记等形式，及时记录家庭生活、校园生活、社会生活中的见闻。记录时要抓住细节，把握人、事、物、景的特征。这样，写出的文章就有血有肉。二要注意持之以恒。别犯“脑热病”，三分钟的热度对与写好作文是没有益处的，你要将观察生活、思索生活贯穿于你生活的每一天，这样你才会写出妙文佳作来。

作文语言要尽可能平实、朴素。辞藻过于华丽，总会或多或少地显示出内容的空洞。做人，也一样：华丽的外表终究掩饰不了内心的浅陋。真实的做人是在生活之中，做人活动中展开的生活在生成写作材料的同时也酝酿着学生的思想感情，并在自然的生成中水乳交融。 要写好作文不是容易的事，需要长期多方面的努力，平时要加强阅读，上好每一堂课。对课文内容及表达技巧要深刻理解，还要大量阅读古今中外优秀的作品，从中汲取知识的营养和学习写作的技巧；多看，留心观察周围的事物，做生活的有心人，注意积累丰富的写作素材；多写，就是要多练笔，做到“熟能生巧”。让学生建立“语汇库”，途径有二：第一是阅读。平时要广泛阅读书籍、报刊，并做好读书笔记，把一些优美的词语、句子、语段摘录在特定的本子上，也可以制作读书卡片上。第二是生活。平时要捕捉大众口语中鲜活的语言，并把这些语言记在随身带的小本子或卡片上，这样日积月累、集腋成裘，说话 就能出口成章，作文就会妙笔生花。
