物流企业人力资源绩效考评研究

I 摘 要

随着市场竞争的加剧和全球经济一体化的发展,作为“第三利润源泉”的物流业得到了迅速的发展。而这些企业在完成了它的原创积累阶段以后,必然面临着规范内部管理的问题。企业之间的竞争,主要表现在人力资源方面上,人力资源是影响企业未来发展状况的重要因素之一。

本论文通过对国内外相关文献的研究,首先从剖析物流企业绩效考核中现存的问题出发,具体介绍和解释了绩效考核的含义、程序、意义、作用和原则,然后阐述了多种不同类型的绩效考核方法,列出了绩效考核方法各自的优缺点及适用环境,最后结合北京宅急送公司的案例进行分析,通过理论研究和实证分析为快递企业员工的绩效考核体系设计提出了详细的意见和解决方案。

II Abstract

The acceleration of competition and international economic integration, logistics

industry as "the third profitable headspring" has developed rapidly. when these enterprise

have finished their stage of primitive accumulation, they must face the problem of criterion of

interior management. The competition between the enterprises is fundamentally the

competition between the human resources.The human resources are the decisive element of

the enterprises to achieve their targets.

After doing a lot of literature review on both domestic and foreign research material,

First analyzes logistics enterprise performance evaluation of existing problems. Introduce the

concrete and explains the meaning of performance appraisal, procedures, meaning, function

and principle .And then expounds the many different types of performance evaluation

methods, List the merits and demerits of the performance evaluation methods and application

environment .Finally the paper, the case study of Beijing just-in-time company .Through the

theory research and empirical analysis for express enterprise staff's performance appraisal

system design puts forward the detailed opinion and solutions .
