After staying on campus for many years, some students become bored and can' t wait to get a job. They are eager to lead a life that is less stressful intellectually and less pressing economically. In their eyes, they could get a decent job without higher education.

However, some students plan to continue their education. They find that the knowledge and skills acquired at secondary level of education are far from adequate

The Most Important way to success

As a well- known proverb goes, “Where there is a will, there is a way”, which means that one can find a way to success as long as he or she has a strong will. With a strong will, one can focus all his energy on one point, which makes his success possible. Without a strong will, however, one can be easily distracted from his goal or discouraged by setbacks.

History abounds with examples of strong-willed figures winning success. Look at the deeds of Gou Jian, king of Yue in ancient China. Defeated by Fu Chai, king of Wu, Gou tried every possible ins to steel his will. Eventually, with the help of Fan Li and Xi Shi, he managed to rebuild his country and his armies and had Fu Chai taste the bitterness of failure.

In short, a strong will is the most important way to success. One should lose no chance to strengthen his will and remember: God helps those who help themselves.

When I graduate from college, I may not commit myself to a lifetime career, because I don' t know whether I can find the job of my dreams upon graduation, which I' m determined to spend my whole life on it. I think there are advantages of job-hopping.

For newly minted college graduates, job-hopping can speed career advancement. There is no doubt that everyone has a colorful dream about life. Naturally, I'm one. My dream life is a life of a good job, a good husband and a happy family. Nowadays college students are in hot pursuit of famous brands, which is an unquestionable phenomenon. They are crazy for everything prevailing in society, from clothes to luxurious mobile phones. The reasons behind such a phenomenon can be summarized as follows. First, college students are open-minded and are willing to accept new things, so pursuing famous brands well reflects their pioneering spirit. Large numbers of graduates from college every year have to make a difficult choice for their future, which is to try getting a job in big cities or in their hometowns.

According to the report, tuition and fees at US public universities and colleges have increased more than 8 percent in the 2011—2012 academic year. Meanwhile the number of Chinese students especially the younger students studying abroad has been growing dramatically in recent years.

What has brought about the huge growth That must be the result of the interaction of many factors! First of all, the United States has the world' s most advanced educational resources, you can never get this level of quality in China. Now more and more people are beginning to discover the benefits of quality education, so they send their children to the US. Second, more and more Chinese begin to accept western culture. There' s no doubt that everybody encounters difficulties in their life. We will benefit a lot if we treat the difficulties as challenges and opportunities rather than threats. They are two different attitudes towards

Keeping Our Respect for Seniors

Nowadays, in order to create a harmonious society and show more care for the seniors, the government of Urumqi has carried out a good policy, which provides free bus travel for seniors over 65. But it also brings the government a new problem, because too many young workers need to take the buses to work at rush hour. Then, some people suggest canceling the free ride for seniors at rush hour.

I strongly disagree with the suggestion because it is a symbol of social progress to show our care and concern for seniors.

No matter whether the government provides free bus travel for seniors or not, the demands for traveling won't decrease. The key to alleviate the traffic jam relies on more public transportation, wider roads and fewer private vehicles. We could encourage citizens to go to work by riding their bicycles or walk to work if the distance is not too far, which is also a good chance to exercise at the same Be. Also it is advisable for the seniors to avoid going out at the rush hour.

In my opinion, we can go on giving due respect to seniors, but at the same time, the government should come up with more efficient ways to solve the problems of traffic jam rather than just cancel the free bus travel for seniors.

With the development of computers, the Internet has made its way into our daily life, online chatting as a new communicative way has become more and more popular, especially with youngsters. Is Internet a Blessing or a Curse

In recent years the Internet has been wildly used for studying, contacting, shopping and many other things. Some people say that the birth of the Internet brings us greater convenience to our daily-life. While others say that the Internet is the evil source of the problems.

On the one hand, Internet has become a powerful tool for the students to study their course in that they can get a wide range of information. It also plays an important role in the modern communication. For example, e-mailing

someone conveniently in doing business, or talking to your beloved ones face to face. All these communications are so far and yet so near.

On the other hand, some people could form bad habits from Internet, though. They prefer opening their hearts to a new online acquaintance, rather than to a close friend. They are even addicted to online gaming and shopping, completely lost into the virtual world!
