制备:根据成品的要求可选用乳液聚合、溶液聚合、 本体聚合。 性质:1. 玻璃化转变温度Tg 肠溶型 160℃以上 渗透型 55℃左右 胃崩型 -8℃ 含丙烯酸酯比例较大。 均有良好的成膜性,Tg较高树脂表现出显著刚性, 脆性较大。 当用于制作薄膜衣时:胃崩型不加或少加增塑剂 渗透型 加10%以下增塑剂 肠溶型 40%
The microspheres act like tiny sponges that expand and contract in response to changes in acidity. While in an acidic environment, such as that of the stomach, the mesh is tightly woven, and the microspheres' contents are protected. When the microspheres reach the small intestine -- a chemically nonacidic environment -- the polyacrylic acid behaves much like it does in super-absorbent products, forcing the mesh of the microspheres to swell like the expanding bars of a cage and open up to absorb large volumes of liquid. At the same time, whatever is trapped inside the microspheres is allowed to escape .
