版权所有:杭州华三通信技术有限公司云学堂学生机无法连接云课堂问题排查一、开始 H3Cloud 云学堂解决方案利用H3CCAS 服务器虚拟化技术,将学生的桌面环境以虚拟机的形式托管到云主机(即高性能服务器)上,只需一台云主机,便可获得几十台性能超越普通PC 的虚拟机,这些虚拟机通过网络交付给学生机(PC 或瘦终端),学生便可体验生动的云桌面环境。
H3Cloud云学堂方案解决了逐个维护实验室大量PC的繁琐,管理员集中在云学堂管理平台对虚拟机进行维护管理,比如发布镜像,部署环境等;老师在教师机上对镜像模板进行修改,发布课程,管理上课秩序等;而学生机只需要最精简的显示终端,即可通过网络访问位于服务器上的高性能桌面环境。
实际使用中,可能由于各种各样的原因导致学生机无法连通云桌面,本文对此类问题的排查方法给出详细的说明,供现场工程师参考。
1.虚拟机是否获取到IP地址当教师端点击上课后,CAS就会创建相应数量的虚拟机作为学生的桌面环境。
此时可以先登录CVM界面查看所创建的虚拟机是否都正确获取到了IP地址,如下图所示:CVM的登录方式为:http://IP:8080/cas,其中IP和云学堂管理平台一样。
云学堂创建的虚机会以学生机编号的格式命名。
云学堂要求CAS的版本必须是2.0E0218版本。
2.检查DHCP地址池配置以admin账户登录云学堂管理平台,单击导航树中[网络]菜单项,进入网络管理页面。
检查DHCP服务是否处于运行状态,并且地址池中的IP地址数量是否充足,如果不足,请修改DHCP地址池的范围,然后单击<保存>按钮。
云学堂方案要求DHCP地址池中的IP地址必须大于等于学生机数量7个。
比如学生机的数量为N,则DHCP地址池中的IP地址数量需要确保大于等于N 7,其中DHCP服务器和教师演示桌面各占用一个IP地址,并为课程至少预留5个IP地址。
如下图所示:版权所有:杭州华三通信技术有限公司3.检查禁网功能配置启用了禁网功能,但是未将虚拟机的网段地址加入ACL策略白名单中,这样虚拟机就无法与DHCP服务器通信,也就无法获取到IP地址。

主要包括设备上架、布线、标签制作以及设备上电等操作。
5.配置服务器5.1 静态配置iLO地址如果现场有显示器和键盘设备时,可以进入RBSU界面配置iLO地址。
FlexServer R390服务器加电后,当运行到如下截图所示的界面时,按F8键进入RBSU配置页面。
H3C FlexServer R390服务器默认开启DHCP功能,对iLO配置静态IP时需要先关闭DHCP 功能。
关闭方法是:进入RBSU配置界面后,选中“Network->DNS/DHCP”。
闭DHCP功能。
然后按F10键保存。
选中“Network->NIC and TCP/IP”。
IP Address”栏中输入地址信息。
然后按F10键保存。
选中“File->Exit”退出RBSU配置界面。
5.2 配置iLO用户在RBSU界面提供了iLO用户的配置功能,默认提供了用户“Administrator”,初始密码记录在服务器上方的标签纸上。
可以通过RBSU修改用户密码和新增用户。
在“Add User”对话框中输入用户名和密码,按F10键即可新建iLO用户。
