本课教学内容选自EEC英语第八册Lesson 2 《Can I Join You ?》的Let’s Have Fun 1（P18--19），学习内容紧紧围绕Xiaoxiao和Jim为参加校园歌手演唱会做练习，并邀请Qiaoqiao 参加为主线展开故事情节，安排了学生校园生活的真实场景，具有较强时代性。
同时，故事中渗透了以人为本的教育思想，致力于孩子的综合能力、全面发展。
二、教学目标
知识目标：
1、学习现在进行时态的基本表达。
2、学习句型“without a + 名词，you can’t make a+形容词+名词。
”
能力目标：培养学生自主学习、协作学习能力和语言表达能力
情感目标：运用chant 和情景教学，激发学生的学习热情，培养学生
