实验名称:双绞线的传输特性研究
实验目的:通过实验研究双绞线的传输特性,探究双绞线的应用领域及限制条件。
实验器材:信号发生器、示波器、双绞线

双绞线的制作实验报告一、实验目的(1)学会两种双绞线的制作方法;(2)掌握剥线、压线钳和普通网线测试仪的使用方法;(3)了解双绞线和水晶头的组成结构;(4)了解个网络设备之间网线连接的特点二、实验设备(1)若干米超五类双绞线;(2)若干个RJ-45水晶头;(3)剥线压线钳一把;(4)普通网线测试仪一个;三、实验原理1.双绞线(TP ,Twisted Pairwire):是综合布线工程中最常用的一种传输介质。
双绞线由两根具有绝缘保护层的铜导线相互绞和在一起构成的。
2. RJ-45接头:用双绞线布线时,用来连接计算机、交换机等通信设备的是RJ-45接头(俗称水晶头)。
3.直通双绞线:当计算机与交换机、路由器等设备相连时,根据RJ-45接头各引脚的功能,双绞线两头的RJ-45头的引脚功能一一对应。

1、剥线利用多功能压线钳将双绞线的外皮剥去2-3厘米,也就是三指宽。
2、理线按照EIA/TIA568B标准排列芯线。
3、剪线在剪线过程中,需左手紧握已排好了的芯线,然后用剥线/压线钳剪齐芯线,芯线外留长度不宜过长,通常在1.2-1.4厘米之间。
4、插线插线就是把剪齐后的双绞线插入水晶头的后端,顶端对齐。
5、压线压线也就是利用剥线/压线钳挤压水晶头。
五、测线如果测试仪上8个指示灯都依次为绿色闪过,证明网线制作成功。
还要注意测试仪两端指示灯亮的顺序是否与接线标准对应。
六、实验中遇到的问题及心得⑴剥线时千万不能把芯线剪破或剪断,否则会造成芯线之间短路或不通,或者会造成相互干扰,通信质量下降;⑵双绞线颜色与RJ-45水晶头接线标准是否相符,应仔细检查,以免出错;⑶插线一定要插到底,否则芯线与探针接触会较差或不能接触;⑷在排线过程中,左手一定要紧握已排好的芯线,否则芯线会移位,造成白线之间不能分辩,出现芯线错位现象;⑸双绞线外皮是否已插入水晶头后端,并被水晶头后端夹住,这直接关系到所做线头的质量,否则在使用过程中会造成芯线松动;⑹压线时一定要均匀缓慢用力,并且要用力压到底,使探针完全刺破双绞线芯线,否则会造成探针与芯线接触不良;⑺测试时要仔细观察测试仪两端指示灯的对应是否正确,否则表明双绞线两端排列顺序有错,不能以为灯能亮就可以。

问题的关键是握紧压线钳的压力,力度过小,划不破保护胶皮,力度过大,则会连同线芯的绝缘层也被破坏,甚至会剪断线芯(铜芯很细也很脆,只要稍有划痕就有折断的危险)。
步骤3 排序每对线都是相互缠绕在一起的,制作网线时必须将四个线对的8条细导线一一拆开、理顺、捋直,然后按照规定的线序排列整齐。
将每对线拆开前和拆开后,您都必须能够准确地分辨出各线的颜色,因为接线时必须按严格的顺序来接,不能错不能乱。
步骤4 剪齐把线尽量抻直(不要缠绕)、压平(不要重叠)、挤紧理顺(朝一个方向紧靠),然后用压线钳把线头剪平齐。
这样,在双绞线插入水晶头后,每条线都能良好接触水晶头中的插针,避免接触不良。
如果以前剥的皮过长,可以在这里将过长的细线剪短,保留的去掉外层绝缘皮的部分约在13mm左右,这个长度正好刚刚能将各细导线插入到各自的线槽。
步骤5 插入一手以拇指和中指捏住水晶头,使有塑料弹片的一侧向下,针脚一方朝向远离自己的方向,并用食指抵住。
另一手捏住双绞线外面的胶皮,缓缓用力将8条导线同时沿RJ-45头内的8个线槽插入,一直插到线槽的顶端。
