质量部岗位职责
巡检员职责
一、在质量部经理、总检的领导下具体负责质量管理工作。
二、负责分解、实施年度质量计划。
三、协助质量部经理组织好体系的运转工作，保证质量信息的传递、反馈通畅，及时处理。
四、组织产品的质量评审。
五、协助质量部经理组织公司质量例会、质量分析会和公司不合格审理会议，分管日常不合格品审理工作。
六、对有关设计、工艺、管理文件进行质量会鉴，对产品销售合同及重要的订货合同进行评审，并对其中的质量条款的可实施性负责。
七、负责组织质量教育及QC小组活动。
八、组织质量考核工作。
九、审核工序检验记录，做好归档管理工作。
十、按审核结果提出改进提议，并负责对审核后纠正措施的追踪检查。
十一、对生产过程中急需解决的重大问题应及时向质量部经理和总检报告。

总检员职责

质量部工作内容
1、参与产品的研究开发及试制。
2、对产品、原材料、加工品等规格及作业标准提出改善意见或建议。
3、制定原材料、加工品、成品检验标准并确实执行。
4、制定检查标准，并检查检验人员是否确实实施。
5、质量异常的妥善处理，及鉴定报废品。
6、检验仪器与量规的管理与校正及库存品的抽验。
7、原料供应商、外协加工厂商等交货质量业绩的整理与评价。
8、督导并协助协作厂商改善质量，建立质量管理制度。 9、编制程序管理与分析，专案研究并作改善、预防等再发生防止措施。
10、客户投诉案件及销货退回的分析、检查与改善措施。
11、执行质量管理日常检查工作。
12、做好质量保证作业。
13、研究制订并执行质量管理教育训练计划。
14、制定质量处理规定，推行全面质量管理。
15、其他有关质量管理事宜。

检验室检验人员的岗位职责 一、制定检验、验收工艺，对检验工艺、工装的可实施性负责，并对由于文件引起的检验差错负责。
二、严格按检验规程检验产品、判断产品的符合性，对因错、漏检造成的质量问题负责。
三、做好历次检验的原始记录，记录应完整、真实、规范。
四、发现如下情况，检验人员应拒检产品，并发出拒收通知:
1、送检产品，零配件批次不清，投入产出数量不符;
2、周转或质量跟踪记录填写不清楚;
3、未进行首件检验的产品、零配件;
4、不合格品超过规定的比例;
5、超差使用和审批手续不完全;
6、没有生产工艺或未执行生产工艺的;
7、未按“可靠追回程序”进行标记和记录的例外转序零配件;
