The most important thing is to focus on study.As Chinese students
have worked so hard to realize the dream of entering university,they
sacrifice so much entertainment time,so they may feel free in the
college and is easy to lose themselve.It is time for students to learn
their major well and then master the skill,so that they can be
competitive in the job market.
最重要的是要专注于学习。由于中国的学生是付出了很大的努力，才实现进入大学的梦想，他们牺牲了娱乐时间。对他们来说，上大学就像是解放，却也很容易迷失自我。是时候让学生来学好专业，以便他们可以在就业市场中具备竞争力。
Besides study,part-time job is also needed to be well made use of.As
college students have much spare time,they can find the part-time job to
gain job experience,or they can join some activities which can help them
to make friends,because social skill is of great importance.
除了学习之外，也需要充分利用好兼职。大学生有很多空闲时间，可以找兼职工作来获得工作经验，也可以参加一些活动，结交新朋友，因为社交技能是非常重要的。

a great change is now taking place in higher education throughout
our country. teachers are being held responsible as never before for how
well they serve their students. it has become as common in colleges and
universities for students to grade teachers as for teachers to grade
students. in some universities students＇ rating has even become the
only source of information on teaching effectiveness.
this, however, has caused great controversy. some are in favor of
the rating system. they hold that since students attend the teachers
classes everyday, they should have their opinion about their teachers＇
effectiveness. others, on the contrary, are strongly against it. they
think that students＇ rating is easy to administer and score, but it
also is easy to abuse. they believe that there is much more to teaching
than what is shown on students＇ rating forms. students should not be
epected to judge whether the materials used are up to date or how well
the teacher knows about the subject.these judgments require professional
knowledge, which is best left for the teachers＇ colleagues.
i think students＇ rating of their teachers is necessary, but it
should be conducted in a way that can really shed meaningful light on
teachers＇ performance. instead of rating the teachers＇ knowledge on
the subject, students should be asked to estimate what they themselves
have leaned in a course, and to report on such things as a teacher＇s
ability to communicate with students, his relationship with students,
and his ability to arouse interest in the subject.

smoking is harmful to their health, they just could not get rid of it.
The number of smoker increases very year, the worse thing is that some
smokers don’t realize they had bad effect on others. For the health, we
should stay away from smoking.

father for example. My father started to smoke when he had the job
annoyance at the age of 30. Since then, he smoked now and then, the

him smoke all the time. My father is a typical smoker, many smokers like
him have given up quitting smoke.

Smoking not only hurts one’s health, but also brings bad effect on
others. The second-hand cigarette is harmful to the people who are
around the smokers. The innocent people should not have to suffer from
it. For everybody’s health, it is our duty to keep away from smoking.
吸烟不仅有害一个人的健康，也给别人带来了不好的影响。二手烟对在烟民附近的人非常有害。无辜的人们本来可以不用遭受这样的烟。为了每一个人的健康，远离吸烟，人人有责。

rather than to cook by themselves. However, some people think that this
phenomenon is not so good because we can be affected with some kinds of
disease. For me, I think it is good for people to eat at home for it is
more economical to cook by ourselves.
