(三)邮政运输(Parcel Post Transportation)又称邮包运输,由各国邮政局负责办理商品包裹邮件的运送、保管和交接。

(四)铁路运输(Railway Transportation)由铁路部门负责办理全程运输交接,使用一份统一的国际联运票据。
