需要注意的是,即使车辆已停止工作了,高压系统也可能是带电的,比如在给高压蓄电池充电、使用驻车空调以及高压蓄电池给12V蓄电池充电等情况下。
奥迪e-tron高电压部件在车上的分布如图1所示。
一、车上的警示标签对车辆高压部件的检修,只能在不带电状况下进行。
为此检修前必须先给高压系统停电,随后要验电(就是确认确实是不带电了)。
停电的操作方式是按照电工学的五点安全规程来执行的。
五点安全规程包括停电、严防设备重新合闸、验电、接地和短路以及遮盖住或者用拦道木拦住附近带电的部件。
如图2~图4所示,车上设置有警示标签,用于提示供电方刘春晖(本刊编委会委员)高级工程师/副教授,现任山东华宇工学院汽车工程学院汽车服务工程教研室主任,有多年的一线汽车电气系统、电子控制系统维修工作经验。

二、高电压部件1.高压蓄电池1 AX2(1)高压蓄电池的结构高压蓄电池的结构如图5所示,高压蓄电池1 AX2用螺栓拧在车辆中间,用于支承车身。
36个蓄电池模块分为两层,蓄电池壳体通过一根等电位线与车身相连。

Australian sales of the e-tron began in 2020. It is available in two body configurations: SUV and Sportsback SUV. Notes:1. e-tron GT : a sedan version of the e-tron, it has aslightly different drive-train and battery. This version is covered as a separate Fact Sheet.2. 全时四驱的大师——奥迪quattro系统详解无论是说到奥迪品牌,还是四驱系统,尤其是全时四驱,都不能少了一重要的名字——quattro。
今天,quattro系统早已经成为奥迪的标志之一。
而历经七代进化的quattro也依旧在焕发它的光彩。
quattro一词在意大利语中就是“四”的意思,而对于奥迪来说quattro还有其他含义。
1980年奥迪公司研发了quattro四轮驱动系统,并把它装备在一辆基于奥迪80底盘的双门轿车上,这辆轿车的名字也叫Quattro。
另外奥迪旗下还有一家名叫quattro的子公司,专门实验和研发高性能车型。
因此,quattro既代表着奥迪四驱技术,又代表一种车型,还是一家公司的名字。
奥迪四驱技术历史回顾奥迪使用的四驱系统目前均叫quattro系统。
配备这项技术的车型很好分辨,您在它车身上找到“quattro”标志就是了,有些车型还会有壁虎标志。
但发展到现在壁虎已经不再是quattro 的专利,而被国人赋予了更多的意义,“壁虎”的谐音“庇护”或“避祸”。
『壁虎象征了quattro强大的抓地力』"quattro"四驱系统的历史可以追溯到1977年,那时候的大众为德国军方制造一款名为Iltis 的四驱越野车,而这款车型凭借四驱系统,在各种路面的表现都非常理想,这也使得时任奥迪技术经理的皮耶希萌生了将四驱系统引入轿车的想法。
第一代quattro(1980年):空心传动轴第一代quattro系统采用了开放式中央差速器(手动锁止)+前轴开放式差速器+后轴开放式差速器(手动锁止)的结构。
在变速箱后端安装差速器,依旧由传统的传动轴将动力传递至后轴差速器;而在变速箱内部安装了一根空心传动轴使动力可以传送到前轴差速器。
这样一来就省去体积大、重量大的分动箱,从而有效的解决了空间问题。
驾驶者可以根据不同路况需求,通过中控台的锁止开关控制差速器的工作状态。
奥迪变速器系统设计师弗兰茨•滕格勒的解决方案:采用空心轴将动力传输至中央差速器,通过万向轴将动力传至后轮,而空心轴再负责将动力引向前轮。

◆文/北京 冯永忠奥迪e-tron应急救援指南奥迪节能与新能源汽车(e-tron)分为轻度混合动力汽车(MHEV)、全混合动力汽车(HEV)、插电式混合动力汽车(PHEV)和纯电动汽车(BEV),这些车型在主要能源、电压、牵引电机类型和电动行驶里程等方面各不相同。
奥迪纯电动汽车如图1所示。
图1 奥迪纯电动汽车奥迪Q5L、Q8、A 4L、A5、A6L、A 7、A 8L 轻度混合动力汽车(M H E V )的电压为12~48V,电机额定功率为10~15kW。
奥迪Q5 hybrid、A6 hybrid、A 8 h y b r i d 全混合动力汽车的电压为200~300V ,电机额定功率为20~50kW,电动驱动里程约3km。
奥迪A3 e-tron、Q7 e-tron、Q5L TFSIe、A6L TFSIe、A7 TFSIe、A8L TFSIe插电式混合动力汽车的电压为300~450V,电机额定功率为60~120kW,电动驱动里程约为50km。
奥迪Q2L e-tron、e-tron、e-tron spor tback、e-tron GT纯电动汽车的电压为300~900V,电机额定功率大于150kW,电动驱动里程大于200km。
一、各种混合动力汽车和纯电动汽车的识别根据车外、车内、前机舱以及是否有充电口盖等车辆特征,可以识别各种混合动力汽车和纯电动汽车(MHEV/HEV/PHEV/BEV)。
有了这些汽车基本专业知识,根据发生事故车辆的类型,救援人员就可以进行应急救援。
奥迪的全混合动力汽车、插电式混合动力汽车和纯电动汽车可以通过车外的英文单词hybrid、e-tron或技术标记中的字母e来识别,如图2~5所示。
纯电动汽车的另一个特点是没有排气管。
注意不同车型的标识不同,有些标识可能在车辆配置过程中取消,车主也有可能将它们拆除。
轻度混合动力汽车(MHEV)与传统奥迪汽车没有外部差异。
