英国硬币辣么多,今天一个一个教你认全了留学ABCm... 09-26 08:16 大大部分的同学应该都清楚英国的通行货币是英镑。
但是关于英镑的币值,英镑的样子,可能很多同学并不清楚。
英国的货币单位有镑(Pound)、便士(Penny)、先令(Shilling),但在日常的生活中,先令基本不会被用到。
英国的货币分为纸币和硬币两种,与人民币不同的,英镑纸币最小的面额为5镑。
所以,在英国生活的同学往往会面对家中装有慢慢一袋硬币的场景。
而英国的硬币更加令初到英国的留学生疑惑,英镑硬币分为2镑、1镑、50P、20P、10P、5P、2P和1P。
令人头疼的是英镑硬币的很多币值并不像人民币一样标明在表面,人们只能通过形状和大小区分它们。
所以我们在超市里经常会看到收银员将一把硬币摊在桌上,一个一个的收到机器里。
大家可能注意到了,1镑的设计图案多种多样,经常更新,不过很好认,唯一一个金色的就是一镑啦!但是最近新的1镑硬币也设计出来了,预计会在2017年替代现在的老版硬币。
新版到底和原版的有神马不同呢?新版硬币是12边的(感觉高中数学几何课历历在目啊),而且采用的是双金属,一眼看过去大家也很明显可以看到它有两种颜色。
再看看上面的图案,除了一面是女王头像,另一面我们可以看到有几种植物,从左到右它们分别是:英格兰玫瑰、威尔士大葱、苏格兰蓟,还有右边的爱尔兰三叶草。
下面是一个皇冠,感觉它的寓意就是把联合王国的每一部分都环绕在一起,感觉棒棒哒!而且这枚硬币是由一名15岁的学生设计出来的,之前皇家铸币局举行过一个新版硬币设计大赛,有6000多人参加,最终这名15岁的男孩赢得了这个比赛,而且还是英国财政部大臣George Osborne亲自打电话通知他获奖了,想必这孩子当时要高兴坏了吧,哈哈。
好嘞,再说说2镑的硬币。
没错哈,就是那个大大的,重重的那枚。
有一种说法说2镑其实是流通纪念币呢。
各种硬币正面都铸有英国女王伊丽莎白二世头像,女王的右侧铸有“D·G·REG·F·D”,其实是拉丁文“蒙宗教信仰的维护者神圣女王的恩惠”的缩写哦。

【英国钱币介绍】1-掰开的法新介绍英国现行币制为1英镑=100便士,但十进制只是从1971年开始,在此之前1000多年英国一直采用12进制。
1000多年的12进制货币历史在一天改变,这一天被英国人称为D日(Decimalisation Day 改为十进制日)原先12进制下,1英镑由20先令组成,1个先令=12便士,便士的缩写d,来自查理曼大帝(742-814,世称Charles the Great或Charles I,768-814为法兰克王,800-814为西罗马帝国皇帝)时期的货币单位丹尼尔(denier),而丹尼尔又是来自古罗马时期的货币单位,古罗马便士(denarius)早期的便士经常被切成两半(半便士)或者4半(法新,farthing, 这个货币单位起源于盎格鲁撒克逊地区的货币单位feorthling),直到1827年,法新一直是英国最小的货币单位。
英国货币在大英帝国各个地区流通,因此经常与其他货币体系共存。
另外,一些殖民地地区的生活水平、食物及其他物品的物价水品经常远远低于英国。
因此,对于比法新更小的货币单位的需要变得十分明显。
另一个需要是,对于已经进行使用的货币面值,必须提供相应的货币。
1/3 法新第一次发行的掰开的法新是1/3法新,发行时间为1827-1913,所有该面值货币完全只为马耳他使用而铸造。
这个岛国使用英国货币,马耳他被英国统治之前的原有货币单位grano, 被定价为1/12个便士。
结果,要铸造相应面值的英国货币就被确定下来。
紫铜1/3法新(The Copper Third Farthing)乔治4世、威廉姆4世以及维多利亚时期紫铜1/3法新货币正面设计为各自国王标准肖像,背面为不列颠女神面朝右坐像,女神持盾与三叉戟。
铜币重约1.57克,直径16毫米。
1844年维多利亚1/3法新紫铜币有两种版别,少量罕见版别背面文字中,REG部分为RE。
