中考英语常见考点：让步状语从句知识点总结一、让步状语从句所谓让步，就是我们日常生活中“退一步说……”的意思，有一种转折关系在里面。

引导让步状语从句的连词主要有以下这些：though, although,while, as; even if, even though; whether...or...; no matter+疑问词，疑问词-ever，一般翻译为“尽管……”或“即使……”，“无论……”。

用法如下：1、though, although表示“虽然，纵然”之意。

这两个连词意思大致相同，在一般情况下可以互换使用。

在口语中，though较常使用，although比though正式，二者都可与yet， still或never，the less连用，但不能与but连用。

例如：Although/Though he is very old, (yet) he is quite strong. 他虽然年纪大了，身体还很健壮。

值得注意的是，although引导的让步状语从句位于主句之前的情况较多，though引导的让步状语从句可位于主句之前或主句之后。

2、as，though表示“虽然……但是”，“纵使……”之意。

as 引导的让步状语从句必须以部分倒装的形式出现，被倒装的部分可以是表语、状语或动词原形，though也可用于这样的结构中，但although不可以这样用。

例如：Hard as/ though he works, he makes little progress. (=Though he works hard, he makes little progress.)尽管他学习很努力，但几乎没取得什么进步。

3、 even if, even though 表示“即使……”，“纵使……”之意，含有一种假设。

这两个复合连词的意思基本相同。

它们常互换使用，但意义有细微差别。

even if引导的让步从句含有强烈的假定性，可用来表示与事实相反的假设，但不能用来描述已经发生的事实。

一、让步状语从句1.“疑问词+ ever”型连词与“no matter +疑问词”型词组：1)这两者都能够引导状语从句,区别在于前者能够引导名词性从句,而后者则不能。

疑问词+ever包括疑问代词+ever和疑问副词+ever。

①疑问代词：whatever, whichever, whoever, whomever②疑问副词：whenever, wherever, however（1）疑问词+ever与 no matter+疑问词引导从句时的区别1、疑问词+ever引导名词性从句，不可以与no matter+疑问词互换使⽤。

例：Whoever comes to the party will receive a gift.来参加晚会的⼈都会收到⼀份礼物。

分析：Whoever意为“⽆论是谁”，引导名词性从句时，不可以与no matterwho互换。

2、引导让步状语从句，可以与no matter+疑问词互换使⽤。

例：The quality will be the same, whichever（=no matter which） of them you choose.它们当中⽆论你选哪⼀个，品质都⼀样。

分析：Whichever意为“⽆论哪⼀个”，引导让步状语从句时，可以与no matter which互换。

归纳：简单说来：疑问句+ever可以引导名词性从句，也可以引导让步状语从句，但是No matter+疑问词只可以引导让步状语从句，也就说说前者适⽤的范围⽐后者⼤。

所以选项中两者都有的情况下，我们尽量选择使⽤范围较⼴的疑问词+ever，答对的可能性较⼤。

（2）疑问词+ever引导名词性从句时注意事项Whatever我们知道相当于No matter what，但是在引导名词性从句时相当于anything that,我们来分析以下的例句。

“疑问词+ ever ”可分为两类，“疑问代词+ ever ”：whatever / whichever / whoever （宾格whomever ）和“疑问副词+ ever ”：wherever / whenever / however.不论是“疑问代词+ ever ”还是“疑问副词+ ever ”，其意义都是“不管/ 无论+ 该疑问词的本义”。

1. “疑问代词+ ever”可引导两种类型的从句，即让步状语从句和名词性从句（主语从句、宾语从句）。

（1）引导让步状语从句。

此时whatever / whoever / whichever 分别等于“ no matter + what / who / which”。

例如：Whatever happened / No matter what happened,he wouldn't say a word.. Whoever says so / No matter who says so, it is wrong.Whichever / No matter which dictionary you （may）take，you will have to pay at least 20 dollars.注意：这类从句中应用一般现在时表将来，从句中也常用情态动词may / might . （2）引导名词性从句。

例如：Whoever smokes here will be punished. （主语从句）Beggars will eat whatever they are given. （宾语从句）Whichever he likes will be given to him. （主语从句）You may invite whoever / whomever you like. （常用whoever 代替whomever）此时它们都不能换成“ no matter + 疑问词”的形式，但whoever 等于anyone who，whatever 等于anything that.2. “疑问副词+ever ”：wherever / whenever / however 一般只能引导一种类型的从句，即让步状语从句，此时它们分别等于“ no matter + where / when / how ”。

ever表示“在任何时候〔场合、情况〕,从来,曾经”时,多用于一般疑问句或否定句,也可用于表示条件或比较的从句以及带有否定意义词的肯定句中,通常置于动词之前。

ever作“不断地,总是”解时,用于肯定句中,尤其用于表示时间的用语或在复合词中,是比较正式的用法。

ever作“究竟,到底”解时,起强调作用,用在特殊疑问词后,
表示惊异或厌烦。

疑问词与ever连用时,通常应该分开写,合写是不正规的。
