北京市第二实验小学成立于1909年,1955年起使用现名。
位于北京市西城区。
学校现任校长为李烈,现有6个年级,90个教学班,3千7百名学生。
有137名正式教职员工,其中特级教师2名,中学高级教师12名,小学高级教师80名,市区学科带头人23名(市学科带头人1名,市骨干教师4名)。
