三．商务条件（Business Item ）

●付款方式：省内定金60% ，货到验收一次性付清；省外款到发货；以上报价含17%增值税。

▲Payment: 60% deposit when placing the order, with balance due on delivery date；cash on delivery outside the province. With0%V AT invoices。

●交货期限：定金收到日期15个工作日。

▲Delivery: Within 15 days after receiving the deposit。

●交货方式：广东省内免费送货。

▲Shipping: Free delivery to Guangdong province。

●服务承诺：1.免费上门培训。

2.保修期一年（人为因素及消耗品除外），保修期内产品出现质量问题提供免费维修。

3.保修期外提供产品终生技术服务。如需维修，仅收取材料费，终生免收维修费。

4.接受服务请求后1小时内做出回应，2小时内提出处理意见和解决方案。

5.返厂维修产品自收到后2个工作日内处理完毕，并将处理情况通知用户。

▲Service commitment:

1. Haida can provide onsite training FOC

2. One year warranty (not including nonexpendable), Haida shall supply free maintenance or

replacement for the damaged part(just for nonexpendable part) induced by non-human damage

3. Haida will provide a lifetime favorable price to the buyer with the materials and spare

parts used in system operation, equipment maintenance;

4. Haida will give our feedback within 1 hour when receive the service apply, and will provide

our suggestion and resolution within 2 hours

5. Haida will handle down the repair within 2 weeks and inform the solution information to

customer
