泰坦电源协议转换1. 方案泰坦电源有监控器的提供一个RS232维护监视端口。

对于在变电站的泰坦电源，利用专线调制解调器建立数据传输通道，也可以通过PTU-S把数据通过通道复用传到局中心站协议转换器处理。

协议转换器得到的电源状态数据通过FEP 方式送到网管数据库。

完成泰坦电源的协议转换功能.2. 连线说明监控器的RS232发接到协议转换设备RS232收,监控器的RS232收接到协议转换设备RS232发,监控器的RS232的GND与协议转换设备RS232的GND连接.3. 使用方法本协议除了配置通用的串口通信协议(波特率:1200)、站地址外，还要求配置泰坦电源监控器的地址。

本地址应该在泰坦电源的背板或面板的背面查找。

此地址必须与实际电源对应，否则无法进行通信。

4．点位表每个泰坦电源可监控6个告警量、6个模拟量；具体的内容如下：6个遥信量：电池过/欠压0模块熔丝断 1输出过/欠压 2输入过/欠压 3温度过高/低 4系统余量不足 56个模拟量温度：＝T*0.5882-50 0电池电压：＝(Vb/16)/12.7875 1充电电流：＝Ic*1.48/100 2负载电流：＝Io*2.446/100 3输出电压：＝(Vo/16)/12.8775 4输入电压：＝Vi*2.4438/100 5其中，T、Vb、Ic、Io、Vo、Vi为对应的采集值，数据库按照上述值计算系数与偏移量。

8．验证指导1.按上述要求，定义好配置信息，在协议转换器中，配置好泰坦电源监控机地址2.协议运行后，在正常情况下，每隔5秒发出取数据报文，收到正确响应后，发出停止报文。

若收不到响应报文，则每隔30秒发出取数据报文。

在收到数据后，站状态变为投运。

3.观察数据浏览窗口，应能看到收到的数据值，一般情况下，每次收到的模拟两都有微小的差别，因此，每当收到一帧响应报文，模拟量值都应有变化。

表示协议工作正常。

4.若2分钟内未收到信息，或收到的信息不正确（接收信息头不正确、校验码不对等格式不符情况，均认为信息不对），站状态自动变为不投运状态。

2.怎样检查模块的电源功能？答：空载启动模块的〈HV〉开关拨到“0”，调节浮充电压，输出电压应该变化；浮充电压调节至最小，〈HV〉开关拨到“1”，调节〈HV.AD J〉，,输出电压应该变化；如果还怀疑模块的带载功能，则可将输出端短路以后开启电压，输出电流应该等于满载电流。

3.48V/20A的整流模块采用的是哪一种开关器件？主电路是什么形式？开关频率是多少？答：①场效应管②半桥③300KHZ4.输入无浪涌的标准是什么？可以带来什么好处？答：①输入无浪涌就是启动过程中的电流不大于额定电流。

5.模块的PWR灯一直闪亮，可能是什么原因？答：原因① 模块的输入电压超过正常范围(175~265)，电网欠压或过压。

② 输出异常(比如说短路)，模块将输出电流回收为额定值的10%。

6.在没有标签的情况下，怎样快速判别是10A的还是20A的？答：通过模块前面的散热窗口向模块里面看，如果有两个铝散热器，则为20A，如果只有1个则是10A。

7.当怀疑模块有问题时，在系统操作中应该注意什么问题？答：应注意始终让电池与负载相连，保证不间断供电。

8.在运行的系统中添加新的单元，应注意什么？答：将模块先开机，并将电压调至系统电压，然后才将模块并入系统，以免打火。

9.总线接口在大系统的连接中应遵循什么原则？答：坚持“以一个为主”的原则。

3.请使用本公司指定的附加装置和附件。

4.为了符合EMC的要求，UPS的输出线长度应在10米以内。

电池安全1.电池的寿命随环境温度的升高而缩短。

定期更换电池可保证UPS工作正常，并保证足够的后备时间。

2.蓄电池维护必须由具备蓄电池专业知识的人员来进行。

3.更换蓄电池，其类型、型号与数量均应与原电池保持一致。

4.蓄电池存在电击危险和短路电流危险。

为避免触电伤人事故，在更换电池时，请遵守下列警告：A.请勿佩带手表、戒指或类似金属物体；B.使用绝缘的工具；C.穿戴橡胶鞋和绝缘手套；D.请勿将金属工具或类似的金属零件放在电池上；E.在拆电池连接端子前，必须先断开连接在电池上的负载。

5.请勿将蓄电池暴露于火中，以免引起爆炸，危及人身安全。

The productSuper Titan has its own dedicated built in isolation system so it is not neccessary to place it into or onto an audio rack system. However you should insure that Super Titan is placed in a location which allows sufficient ventilation for the internal electronics. Ventilation should not be impeded by covering the ventilation openings with items such as newspapers, table-cloths, curtains etc. No naked flame sources, such as lighted candles should be placed on the unit.Other items may be placed on top of the Super Titan but only with an additional isolation platform, this is available to purchase separately.Do not place the unit near heat sources, such as radiators or air ducts.The unit should not be placed in areas which could exceed 25degrees, for example near vacumn tube amplifiers. Good air circulation is essential to prevent heat build up within the chassis. 产品使用说明书（V1.0）TUPS-B系列电力专用不间断电源（UPS）珠海泰坦科技股份有限公司一、概述不间断电源在电力系统中的应用已越来越广，随着电力通讯、无人值守变电站、微机控制等电力自动化设备的普及和应用，电力系统对不间断电源提出了更高要求。

虽然发电厂均有两路进电，但这并不能保证能够毫不间断地给计算机等重要负载供电，要保证微机等信息设备的电源指标，就必须采用不间断电源。

在电力系统中，无论是发电厂还是变电站，绝大多数厂（站）均已配置有直流屏和蓄电池组，电力专用不间断电源，就是利用原有直流屏做为逆变器在市电断电后的直流电，再经过逆变后提供不间断电力。

二、原理如上图所示，交流输入经过隔离变压器和整流电路后与直流输入并联，逆变后经过静态开关给负载供电。

平常工作时，交流输入经隔离变压器，再整流后给逆变器供电，一旦交流断电，直流电力经防反二极管自动给逆变器供电，因此交流输出仍保持不间断，同样，一旦直流断电，在交流电网有电时也不影响交流输出，因此实现了0间断的切换，另外，逆变输出波形保持与电网旁路的相位与频率同步，一旦逆变器故障或过载，静态开关将自动切换到旁路输入电源上供电，旁路输入电源可由电网供电，也可由另外一台在线逆变电源供电，若用另外一台在线逆变电源供电，即实现了逆变器的冗余联接，进一步提高了供电的可靠性。

三、主要技术参数1、面板指示灯：1)旁路电压（绿）：灯亮时旁路电压输入正常。

2)输入电压（绿）：灯亮时直流输入电压或交流输入电压正常。

3)旁路输出（绿）：灯亮时由旁路向负载供电。

4)逆变输出（绿）：灯亮时由UPS向负载供电。

5)逆变故障（红）：灯亮时表明UPS有故障或异常。

6)输出过载（红）：灯亮时表明负载超出额定负载。

7)按键“开”：轻触“开”按键，则UPS启动进入工作状态。

8)按键“关”：轻触“关”按键，则UPS关机。

2、地址（四位）（改动后需重新上电后才有效）：1)第1、2、3位为通讯时用的二进制地址码，3为最高位，1为最低位，拨上为1，拨下为0。

泰坦电源协议转换1. 方案泰坦电源有监控器的提供一个RS232维护监视端口。

对于在变电站的泰坦电源，利用专线调制解调器建立数据传输通道，也可以通过PTU-S把数据通过通道复用传到局中心站协议转换器处理。

协议转换器得到的电源状态数据通过FEP 方式送到网管数据库。

完成泰坦电源的协议转换功能.2. 连线说明监控器的RS232发接到协议转换设备RS232收,监控器的RS232收接到协议转换设备RS232发,监控器的RS232的GND与协议转换设备RS232的GND连接.3. 使用方法本协议除了配置通用的串口通信协议(波特率:1200)、站地址外，还要求配置泰坦电源监控器的地址。

本地址应该在泰坦电源的背板或面板的背面查找。

此地址必须与实际电源对应，否则无法进行通信。

4．点位表每个泰坦电源可监控6个告警量、6个模拟量；具体的内容如下：6个遥信量：电池过/欠压0模块熔丝断 1输出过/欠压 2输入过/欠压 3温度过高/低 4系统余量不足 56个模拟量温度：＝T*0.5882-50 0电池电压：＝(Vb/16)/12.7875 1充电电流：＝Ic*1.48/100 2负载电流：＝Io*2.446/100 3输出电压：＝(Vo/16)/12.8775 4输入电压：＝Vi*2.4438/100 5其中，T、Vb、Ic、Io、Vo、Vi为对应的采集值，数据库按照上述值计算系数与偏移量。

8．验证指导1.按上述要求，定义好配置信息，在协议转换器中，配置好泰坦电源监控机地址2.协议运行后，在正常情况下，每隔5秒发出取数据报文，收到正确响应后，发出停止报文。

若收不到响应报文，则每隔30秒发出取数据报文。

在收到数据后，站状态变为投运。

3.观察数据浏览窗口，应能看到收到的数据值，一般情况下，每次收到的模拟两都有微小的差别，因此，每当收到一帧响应报文，模拟量值都应有变化。

表示协议工作正常。

4.若2分钟内未收到信息，或收到的信息不正确（接收信息头不正确、校验码不对等格式不符情况，均认为信息不对），站状态自动变为不投运状态。
