使用除硅清洁剂剂3920和清洁用抹布，清除车身上的汗渍和油渍。
在进行大面积清洁时请注意更换清洁抹布。
使用吹尘枪及粘尘布清除车身上的微尘和水份。
吹尘枪的压力应大于喷涂面漆时的压力.三工序打底素色漆C600/6000系列配合施工温度及工件大小，添加AB 稀释剂.三工序C600/6000珍珠漆配合施工温度及工件大小，按比例添加AB 稀释。
在电脑中查找车身所需之配方，并喷涂小样板以检查颜色的准确性，如有需要进行微调，直到颜色准确为止。
调配油漆三工序珍珠面漆喷涂面漆喷涂（2）C600/6000三工序珍珠漆喷涂：混合珍珠漆C600/6000系列，以1:1比例配合温度和粘度添加AB 稀释剂，按色板要求喷涂层数，每层至哑光后方可喷涂下一层。
静置10-15分钟后便可喷涂清漆系列。
喷枪口径：1.3-1.4mm枪口径喷涂压力:(MSB)3-4KG(HVLP)2KG(RP) 2-2.5KG清漆喷涂混合清漆4700S/4500S(3:1:1添加450S 硬化剂和12375S 稀释剂)或高浓度3200(添加硬化剂和稀释剂) 。
中浓度清漆喷涂两层，每层相隔5-10分钟，高浓度清漆喷涂无需间隔时间直接喷涂1层半，静置10-15分钟后可进行烘烤干燥。

（1）保护车身传统的车身主要是由钢板制成，空气中的氧和水分会与车身发生反应，从而导致锈蚀。
油漆可以防止锈蚀的发生，从而保护了车身。
（2）增加美观车身形状是由表面造型和线条组成的，例如平面、曲面以及各种曲线。
油漆可以使这些表面和线条更有立体感，增加车身的美观。
（3）标志作用用特定的颜色表明汽车用于特定的用途，这种作用在特种汽车上非常普遍。
（4）提高质量高性能的油漆不仅可以增加车身的美观，而且可以使车身经历更长的使用年限，所以汽车的质量和价值就会更高。
油漆的组成汽车油漆是由颜料、粘合剂、溶剂以及一些添加剂组成，这些成分在汽车面漆和底漆中都有，它们在油漆中起着不同的作用。
（1）颜料，油漆中的两种非挥发性成膜配料之一，它提供了油漆的颜色和耐久性，而且能够遮盖住下面的涂层。

粘合剂一般是由植物油、天然树脂（松香等）或合成树脂（聚氯乙烯等）组成，它决定着油漆的类型，因为它直接影响着干燥机理。
粘合剂一般用增强剂和催化剂来改性，可以改进耐久性、粘合性、抗腐蚀性以及耐擦伤性等。
汽车修补涂料及其颜色概述1、汽车修补漆的组成汽车修补漆顾名思义是指对汽车车身原厂漆进行重新修补用的油漆。
它只能由工人用手工作业，喷涂必须在低温（60摄氏度以下）操作。
修补漆必须具备两种功能：保护功能及美观功能。
这两种功能不能由单个产品独立完成。
因此，高质量的修补漆品牌一般都有系列产品来组合而成，它主要有：＊腻子类：用于填补钣金缺陷。
