一 、教材分析

1、单元分析及教材处理

本单元主要内容是学习如何礼貌地发出,接受,拒绝邀请;谈论自己和别人的义务和责任.学习如何安排好日程表、根据日程表中的计划安排自己的活动。同时能综合运用can来表达邀请和通过阅读邀请函来掌握必要的信息。结合本单元的题材，创造使用英语的机会，知识用于行动，强调“语言应用”，培养“创新、实践能力”，发展“学习策略”，“学以致用”，贯彻英语学习的交际性原则，提高学生对书写邀请函及回复的能力，从而和同学及周围的人建立和谐融洽的关系，实现自我的快乐成长。

2、教学目标：Teaching aims

（1）知识与能力knowledge and ability

1) 能掌握以下单词： invitation, reply, forward, delete, print, sad, goodbye, take a

trip, glad, preparation, glue, without, surprised, look forward to.

2) 能掌握以下句型。

①I look forward to hearing from you all.

②Bring Ms. Steen to the party without telling her so that she can be surprised.

（2）技能目标

① 能综合运用can来表达邀请。 ② 通过阅读邀请函来掌握必要的信息。

（3）情感态度与价值观:Emotions and Values

【情感价值目标】

学生能够通过课文的学习能够礼貌的拒绝他人的邀请。学生能够根据不同的目的举行不同的晚会，并能够为晚会做好筹备工作。理解人与人之间的真情，学会珍惜朋友之间、师生之间的友情。

【过程与方法】

down the invitation.

3)Learn how to talk about obligations.

2. Ability aim: 1)Improve Ss’ reading ability.

2)Use “Can you...?/Yes, I’d love to./I’d love to..., but I have to...” to

write something about making, accepting and turning down the

invitation.

3. Moral aim: 1)Learn to cherish the relationship between people..
