笔者在教学实践中尝试运用拼图阅读（Jigsaw reading）来突破传统阅读教学的壁垒，促进学生综合能力的提升。

一、拼图阅读的概念Jigsaw是一种拼图游戏，就是把零散的部分拼成一幅完整的图画。

这是一种人们喜闻乐见的游戏，可以锻炼记忆力、分析推理能力及动手能力。

Jigsaw reading就是把Jigsaw的理念和做法与英语阅读相结合的一种教学方法。

它从字面上可以译为“拼图阅读”，专业上也可译为“互补式阅读”[2]。

教师将一份阅读材料分解成几个部分，将这些材料分发给学生。

学生阅读文本片段并加以思考，然后在小组内交流、讨论，并对信息进行整合，获取相对完整的语言信息，最后对语篇有深入的理解。

1目前英语阅读教学模式的现状教师在进行阅读教学时，多数情况下，先用一些相关问题做引入，让学生对即将要学习的阅读材料感兴趣。

紧接着放一遍课文录音，提出一个问题。

录音结束时要求学生给出答案。

这种问题通常都是字面上，很容易找到答案的；接下来，给学生5分钟时间通读全文，回答几个简答题或是非判断题；然后就让学生讨论post-reading中的问题；最后开始讲解语言点。

一篇课文基本上要两个课时才能上完。

看上去学生似乎得到了很多阅读的时间，而实际上对于教材中每篇都超过400个单词的文章，高中学生，按照每分钟50~70个单词的阅读速度，至少需要8分钟左右的时间才能完全理解消化。

但往往因为时间所限，为了在单位课时内完成教学任务，教师不得不越厨代庖，自问自答。

学生们对于阅读的内容还是一知半解。

缺乏课堂限时阅读的锻炼和机会，很大程度上影响了学生的积极性和主动性影响了阅读教学，没有达到阅读课应有的效果。

其次，个别教师和学生对于阅读课的误解也是阅读教学进入了误区。

某些学生认为，一堂课如果教师没讲什么语言点，老让学生做活动的话是教师在偷懒。

而有些教师会受制于学生，迎合学生，重点讲解语言点而忽略阅读技巧的教学。

另外，阅读作业单纯的ABCD选项的设计也给懒惰的学生取巧的机会，在教师要求检查作业时只需飞快填上即可。

久而久之，部分学生就失去了阅读的兴趣。
