一、公司简介JDE系统是由美国J.D.Edwards公司提供的MRPII软件。
J.D.Edwards公司是国际上著名的软件公司，它于1977年在美国科罗拉多州丹福市创立，到1995年为止已在世界各地拥有43个办事处及超过100个商业伙伴公司的跨国公司。
1995年12月在上海成立了有限公司二、JDE系统特点JDE系统提供了一个企业的商务解决方案，它是个制造业、金融、分销、建筑、能源、化工、房地产及公用事业方面的商务软件。
JDE制造业系统只是其中的一部分。
1．集成化软件系统是一个集成化软件，它所具有的模块各自独立而相互之间又能进行信息传送。
2．适合多种行业JDE系统中除了包括制造业软件外，尚提供适合建筑业、房地产管理、能源化工行业、公共部门等软件。
它的应用范围较广。
适合行业较多。
3．良好技术JDE系统的软件设计、开发、用户技术资料及支持服务，已取得ISO9001质量认可证书，系统中所采用的技术是良好的，能提高软件的投资价值。
如计算机辅助软件工程技术。
4．平台JDE系统运行平台以IBMAS／400小型机为主，并向其它平台发展。
三、JDE系统剖析JDE系统的模块包含分销业、制造业、财务、人力资源管理报告和表格各大部分，下面就其中一些模块作一个简介。
1、JDE系统模块－分销业分销业部分是由预测、需求计划、库存管理、销售定单处理、销售分析、采购定单处理。
分销资源计划、仓库管理、电子数据交换（EDI）模块所组成的。
（l）库存管理库存管理可将详细的用途、成本及定单转化为统计数字，并计划未来的采购，订价及货物转让。
整个系统是以收集存货资料开始的。
在组织数据时，完全控制了整个过程。
可以详细描述每一个物料，并加上编号，为每一项物料指定一系列的量度单位及认定无限量的价格水平。
然后运用已设计的系统来处理以下事务：维持及监管多个存货地点的成本、平衡及作销售记录。
储存多至25个月的销售单位记录，或准备分析报告及物料单据。
库存管理提供自我设定功能及库存组织功能。
美国西屋门禁系统：功能性能详细讲解美国西屋门禁系统是Honeywell公司智能化整体解决方案EBI系统中用于出入口监控管理的子系统，在控制器与上位工作站之间的通讯使用全数字式传输，并充分利用结构化布线系统和计算机网络系统的资源平台，因此系统的扩展、维护、升级非常方便，其成本、性能居于全球领先地位。
1、系统分级结构的清晰，是基于建筑结构、产品的技术性能、系统集成要求合理布局配置设计的。
我们认为系统结构的设计合理、清晰是系统设计的重要工作环节。
优秀的结构设计加上性能稳定的门禁产品是系统稳定的关键因素。
我们会根据使用单位提供的门禁点表，合理配置控制器、扩展设备的数量和位置，重点考虑配置的合理，结构的清晰，这种配置和结构为将来的系统维护管理、系统升级打下良好的基础。
•美国西屋门禁系统中控制器与上位工作站之间，控制器与扩展设备、控制器与读卡器均采用485的全数字式传输通讯，最大传输距离1200米，通过扩展可以到6000米，在结构设计中我们充分利用结构化布线系统和计算机网络系统的资源平台，合理设计。
•在门禁系统的产品选择中，我们选择美国西屋门禁系统产品。
美国西屋产品是大系统的首选品牌，结构搭建灵活，产品稳定，管理方便，系统容量大，扩展方便等突出优点。
在门禁系统中控制器是门禁系统中的硬件核心部分，我们选用STAR控制器，STAR控制器是美国西屋最新型的门禁控制器，门禁点上的所有设备通过总线都可直接受控于控制器。
控制器由微处理器、存贮器以及输入输出接口组成，可独立运行，其特点是：运行速度快、存贮容量大、运行稳定可靠，并支持RS485或TCP/IP通信方式连接到上位管理计算机。
此次设计中我们主要采用2、4、8门控制器，前端设计采用WIRO4/8/4（控制器I/O扩展设备）。
•STAR控制器是分布式数据库，全部的卡、时间区、继电器控制和报警输入监控的数据都存储在相关的控制器的记忆体内，此运行完全不受通信回路和电脑的影响而独立进行，使系统具有高可靠性。
