会展场馆经营管理模式研究
摘 要
会展场馆经营管理已经成为现代服务业经营管理的十分重要的构成部分。随着我国会展产业不断发展,我国会展业对国民经济发展也有了突飞猛进的推动作用。尽管如此,近些年随着市场竞争不断加强,各类型会展馆兴起,以方便为会展业发展提供便利。我国目前会展场馆经营管理模式受到人员、基础设施等因素发展存在一定问题,影响会展业深化发展。本文将选择上海会展场馆为例,对其经营管理模式进行研究,希望能对我国会展场馆经营管理模式完善提供建议。

Research on the operation and management mode of exhibition
venues
Abstract The management of exhibition venues has become a very
important
part of modern service industry management. With the continuous development
of
China's Convention and exhibition industry, China's Convention and
exhibition
industry has also played a significant role in promoting the development of national
economy. Nevertheless, in recent years, with the strengthening of market competition,
the emergence of various types of exhibition centers to facilitate the development of
the Convention and Exhibition industry. At present, the management model
of
exhibition venues in China is affected by the development of personnel, infrastructure
and other factors, which will affect the deepening development of exhibition industry.
This article will choose Shanghai Convention and exhibition venues as an example,
and study its management model, hoping to provide suggestions for the improvement
of the management model of China's exhibition venues.
