Chapter 1: The Starry Night. In the beginning, there was only darkness. But then, a small spark of light appeared in the distance. It grew brighter and brighter, until it filled the entire sky with its brilliance. The stars began to twinkle, and the moon shone down on the earth. The starry night sky is a beautiful and awe-inspiring sight. It is a reminder of our place in the universe and of the vastness of creation. It is also a source ofinspiration and wonder.Chapter 2: The Shooting Star.Have you ever seen a shooting star? It is a beautiful sight. A streak of light flashes across the sky, and thenit is gone.Shooting stars are actually meteors, which are small pieces of rock or dust that enter the Earth's atmosphere. When they hit the atmosphere, they burn up and create a streak of light.Shooting stars are a reminder of the fragility of life. They are a beautiful sight, but they are also a reminder of the fact that everything must eventually come to an end.Chapter 3: The Milky Way.Have you ever looked up at the night sky and seen a faint, milky band of light? That is the Milky Way. It is our galaxy, a vast collection of stars, gas, and dust. The Milky Way is a beautiful sight. It is a reminder of our place in the universe and of the vastness of creation. It is also a source of inspiration and wonder.Chapter 4: The Northern Lights.Have you ever seen the Northern Lights? They are a beautiful and awe-inspiring sight. The sky dances with colors of green, red, and purple. The Northern Lights are caused by the interaction of charged particles from the sun with the Earth's magnetic field. The particles are drawn to the magnetic poles, where they collide with atoms and molecules in the atmosphere. The collisions create light, which we see as the Northern Lights. The Northern Lights are a reminder of the power of nature. They are a beautiful sight, but they are also a reminder of the fact that we are all part of a larger universe.Chapter 5: The Stars. The stars are a beautiful and awe-inspiring sight. They are a reminder of our place in the universe and of the vastness of creation. They are also a source of inspirationand wonder. The stars are a mystery. We do not know what they are made of, or how they work. But we can gaze up at them and wonder. We can dream of what it would be like to travel to the stars. The stars are a reminder of the infinite possibilities of the universe. They are a source of hope and inspiration.
Starry Starry Night"Vincent" is a song by Don McLean written as a compliment to Vincent van Gogh. It is also known by its opening line, "Starry Starry Night", which refers to van Gogh's painting The Starry Night. This song also describes different paintings done by the artist.Donald McLean (born October 2, 1945) is an American singer-songwriter. He is most famous for the 1971 album “American Pie”,containing the renowned songs "Vincent". McLean wrote the lyrics in 1971 after reading a book about the life of Van Gogh. The following year, the song became the number one hit in the U.K. and No. 12 in the U.S. The only instrument used in the music is anacoustic guitar, which is able to express the natural emotion, makes the sound to be beauty of brevity. It is played in Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam over and over, accompanied with Van Gogh’s paintings harmoniously. The song clearly demonstrates a deep-seated admiration for not only the work of Van Gogh, but also for the man himself. The song includes references to his landscape works, in lines such as "sketch the trees and the daffodils" and "morning fields of amber grain" - which describe the amber wheat that features in several paintings. There are also several lines that may imply to Van Gogh's self-portraits: perhaps in "weathered faces lined in pain / are soothed beneath the artist's loving hand", McLean is suggesting that Van Gogh may have found some sort of comfort in creating portraits of himself. There is, too, a single line describing Van Gogh's most famous set of works, Sunflowers. "Flaming flowers that brightly blaze" not only draws on the luminous orange and yellow colours of the painting, but also creates powerful images of the sun itself, flaming and blazing, being contained within the flowers and the painting. In the first two choruses, McLean pays tribute to Van Gogh by reflecting on his lack of recognition: "They would not listen / they did not know how / perhaps they'll listen now." In the final Chorus, McLean says "They would not listen / They're not listening still / Perhaps they never will." This is the story of Van Gogh: unrecognised as an artist until after his death. The lyrics suggest that Van Gogh was trying to "set [people] free" with the message in his work. McLean feels that this message was made clear to him: "And now I understand what you tried to say to me," he sings. Perhaps it is this eventual understanding that inspired McLean to write the song. There are also references to Van Gogh's sanity and his suicide. Throughout his life, Van Gogh was plagued with mental disorders, particularly depression. He "suffered for [his] sanity" and eventually "took [his] life as lovers often do."

The Starry, Starry Night
Chilly and despairing, the first snow fell a week before Christmas. And, that’s when grandpa left me.
Then I moved back to my parents’house, where I lost my smile. Mum and Dad both committed themselves to their career, and they quarreled day after day.
I felt lonely and dreamed about grandpa every night.
When the new semester began, a boy was transferred to our school. He was so shy that he did not talk to anyone. Other boys did not like him and often picked on him. One day after school, they stopped him. I came across and got involved in the fight. Obviously, we got hurt, but happily we became friends.
Since then, we always stayed together. He was still quiet, but I could feel his care. One day, I asked him, “How about leaving the city?” He nodded.
With simple packing, we set out to the village where grandpa and I used to live. When I entered the house, I felt that grandpa did not leave me at all.
We roamed around the forest, rowed on the lake and drifted with the water, he accompanied me to do everything that grandpa used to do with me. And we saw the broad sky with countless shinning stars, it was so beautiful.
I fell grievously ill after we went back. During those carotic days, mother and father’s anxious faces loomed continuously.
Two weeks later, I recovered and got back to school. But he had transferred again.
I never saw him later, but I would never forget that brilliant summer during which we saw the most shinning stars. Neither would I forget what he said to me, “Where there is a shadow, there shall be the light!”。
