如:在控制阀后设置限流孔板,以减小阀上的压降,降低阀的噪音,减少阀芯阀座的磨损等;流体需要降压及对降压准确度要求不高的场合;或设在控制阀旁路上,以防止手动操作旁路阀时造成泻压太快或发生液位抽空等危险,以及在配管放空系统中降低噪声等等。

西安源典自动化设备有限公司产品说明书LG-XLB 限流孔板一、概述限流孔板设置在管道中用于限制流体的流量或降低流体的压力。
LG-XLB 型限流孔板根据国家标准GB2624、HG/T 20570、GD2000、GD87等标准设计制造。
二、测量原理流体通过孔板就会产生压力降,通过孔板的流量则随压力降的增大而增大。
但当压力降超过一定数值,即超过临界压力降时,不论出口压力如何降低,流量将维持一定的数值而不再增加。
限流孔板就是根据这个原理用来限制流体的流量或降低流体的压力。
限流孔板按孔板上开孔数量分为单孔板和多孔板;按孔板数量可分为单级和多级。

2、在管道中阀门上、下游需要有较大压降时,为减少流体对阀门的冲蚀,当经孔板节流不会产生气相时,可在阀门上游串联孔板。
3、流体需要小流量且连续流通的地方,如泵的冲洗管道、热备用泵的旁路管道(低流量保护管道)、分析取样管等场所。
4、需要降压以减少噪声或磨损的地方,如放空系统。

孔板使用说明书江苏中能仪表科技有限公司概述孔板使用流体力学研究成果对传统节流装置进行较大的改进,具有孔板整流的显著特征。
传统节流装置只有一个流通孔径,节流后使流体失去了理想状态;而孔板有多个函数孔径,能最大限度的把流场孔板整流成理想流体,从而将差压式的优势发挥的淋漓尽致。
孔板几乎适用于所有流体测量,是流体测量技术的一场革命,目前孔板已经广泛应用到石油、化工、冶金、电力、天然气、水处理等行业。
产品特点1.线性度高、重复性好。
孔板流量传感器具有对称结构特点,能对流场进行孔板,降低了涡流,振动和信号噪声,流场稳定性大大提高,使线性度比孔板提升了5~10倍,重复性提高了54%,为0.15%,从其综合性能来看,孔板属于高档行列。
5:1量程比时,线性度可达±0.3%;7:1量程比时,线性度可达±0.5%;10:1量程比时,线性度可达±1.0%;2.直管段要求低。
孔板流量传感器由于流场稳定,且压力恢复比孔板快两倍,大大缩短了对直管段的要求其前后直管段一般为前3D后1D,最小可以小于0.5D,从而省去大量直管段,尤其是特殊昂贵的材料的管道。
3.减少永久压力损失。
对称的孔板设计,减少了紊流剪切力和涡流的形成,降低了动能的损失,在同样的测量工况下,与孔板相比减少了2.5倍的永久压力损失,从而节省了相当大的运行能量成本,是一种节能仪表,值得大量推广。
4.耐脏污不易堵。
对称的孔板设计,减少了紊流剪切力和涡流的形成,从而大大降低了滞留死区的形成,保证脏污介质顺利通过多个孔,减少了流体孔被堵塞的机会。
5.可直接替代孔板。
其与孔板具有相同的使用方法和外形,因此可以直接进行替换,不需要任何配管的变化和相关仪表的更改,很适合全厂能源计量EMS改造中将孔板改为孔板。
6.流量测量范围宽。
根据试验结果,孔板的性能,使其流速可以从最小到音速;其最小雷诺数可低于200,最大雷诺数大于107;β值可选0.25~0.90。

限流孔板节流工作原理在充满单相连续流体的管道中,安装一个节流元件(如孔板、喷嘴等)、当流体通过节流元件的节流孔时,流束形成局部收缩,流速加快,动能增加,静压降低,在节流元件的前后产生一个静压力差,即△P=P1-P2,若节流孔面积为F,流体的质量流量为qm,体积流量qv,密度为ρ,则根据流动连续性原理和伯努利方程可推导出压力差与流体流量之间的关系式:qm=qF(△Pρ)0.5式中α是流量系数。
由上述关系可知,如果节流孔面积和流体密度一定,则流量与压力差的平方根成正比,即只要测出压差值,即可算出流量值,节流装置就是根据这个原理测量流体流量的。
通过测量流体流经节流装置的前后压力降,可达到测量流量流量的目的,这种测量方法是以伯努利定律和流体流动连续定律为基础的。
限流孔板的基本原理和节流孔板(降压)的基本原理完全一样。
由于两者所起的作用和使用条件不同,所以在考虑方法和计算精度亦有差异。
首先限流孔板非计量仪表,要求精度不高,可忽略某些影响因素。
如温度对管径和开口直径的影响,雷诺数对流量系数的影响等。
限流孔板只起降压限流作用。
限流孔板上压力降是指永久压损。
限流孔板上的压力降比节流装置上的压力降大的多。
亦就是在相同的流量条件下,孔径比β的范围可扩展到0.05~0.75。
限流孔板设置在管道中用于限制流体的流量或降低流体的压力。
1一般用于如下几个方面:工艺物料需要降压且精度要求不高:工艺要求调节阀上的压力降较大,而调节阀上的允许最大压力降达不到这个要求时,可通过限流孔板降掉一部分压力,以减少调节阀上的压力降,也可减少调节阀的磨损;流体需要小流量且有谁知道如何把氯气中的水分降到10ppm以下连续通过的地方。
如泵的冲洗管道、热备用泵的旁通管道(低流量保护管道)、分析取样管等场所。
需要降压以减少噪声或磨损的地方,如放容系统。
保证安全操作,如当压力降较大的调节阀旁路采用球阀时,为防止旁路手动操作时泄压太快,可采用限流孔板。
一、限流孔板施工说明:
1、管线6″-P-3705a~e-B10R6、8″-P-3709a~e-B4F4分
组手动阀后增加限流孔板。
限流孔板安装在竖管上,安装完成后管线6″-P-3705 -B10R6、8″-P-3709 -B4F4标高整体提高约45mm。
因与外部管道无连接,只需在相应管架处增加垫铁进行支撑。
2、管线10″-P-3706a~e-B2F4上,程控阀KV-3728A~J后
增加限流孔板。
限流孔板安装在水平管上,安装完成后与之相关的管线10″-P-3706 -B2F4标高保持不变,整体向东(以设计北作为参考)平移约45mm。
施工时保持图0916-1-35-02中10″-P-3706 -B2F4去01V0401a/b支管所在两三通位置不变,增加或者减少两个三通两侧1.5m以内的直管段长度。
具体施工位置以实际操作方便为准。
二、施工要求:
1、采用氩弧焊打底等能使焊缝光滑、均匀以及内表面完全
焊透的焊接程序,管道焊缝质量标准应符合《现场设
备、工业管道焊接工程施工及验收规范》GB50236及
《石油化工有毒、可燃介质管道工程施工及验收规范》
SH3501的规定。
焊缝质量标准不低于Ⅱ级。
2、焊缝进行100%射线照相检验,发现不允许的缺陷时按
《石油化工有毒、可燃介质管道工程施工及验收规范》
SH3501进行返修和做进一步的无损检测。
三、施工材料:
除工艺第8号变更以外需增加材料如下:

一、产品用途
FUNCTION FOR RO
LGX型限流孔板也称减压孔板,主要用于流体要求降压的场合。
如:在控制阀后设置限流孔板,以减小阀上的压降,降低阀的噪音,减少阀芯阀座的磨损等;流体需要降压及对降压准确度要求不高的场合;或设在控制阀旁路上,以防止手动操作旁路阀时造成泻压太快或发生液位抽空等危险,以及在配管放空系统中降低噪声等等。
LGX RO is also can be called as pressure-reduced ori f ice, which i s mainly used on the site of pressure-loosed requirement. For example, installing RO on the back of control valve so that reducing the pressure and lower the noi s e of valve, at the same time protecting the val v e seat and pith. If you need to loose the flow pressure or avoid quick pressure –lose and liquid –empty, the best choice is using RO, thus you can also reduce the noise of pipeline.

限流孔板可分为单级降压和多级降压限流孔板组。
其降压级数需根据流体介质、降压要求等参数经计算确定。
Now, we can provide various RO, for example, mono or multi-pressure lose type, the pressure lose class is decided by the fluid and pressure di f ference.
1.当流体为气态时
When gas fluid
为了避免使用限流孔板的管路出现噎塞流,限流孔板后压力(P2)不能小于板前压力(P1)的约55%,即P2≥0.55P1,因此当P2<0.55P1时,不能用单板,要选择多板,其板数要保证每板的板后压力大于板前压力的55%。
T o avoid gas choke,pressure downstream(P2) shall not less than 55 percent of the pressure upstream(P1),otherwi s e multiplicate restriction ori f ice plate should be taken.
2.当流体为液态时
When liquid fluid
当液体压降小于或等于2.5MP a时,选择单板孔板;当液体压降大于2.5MP a 时,选择多板孔板,且使每块孔板的压降小于2.5Mpa。

a)法兰连接式限流孔板组件:此种供货不提供密封垫片及螺栓组等。
Flange type RO include: seal shim, bolts and nuts are not included in this
type of RO
b)带工艺法兰限流孔板组装置:成套含限流孔板组、工艺配对法兰、密封垫片
及螺栓组等。
