1.0范围scope
本方案工作范围为仪表楼、配电室、废品库屋顶防水方案。
Installation scheme of waterproof roof system for RIB、
Distribution substation and hazardous waste storage building。
2.0目的Purpose
本方案目的为确保工作根据Sabic标准进行，满足合同、规范要求。
The purpose of this scheme is ensuring that every work should be according to standards of Sabic 、contract and specification。

3.0职责responsibility
Site Construction Manager:施工经理
a. Preparation of the method statement for this work.编写方案
b. Notification to QA/QC for inspection.通知QC来验收
c. Training for Supervisors, Foremen and staffs 训练主管、工头与员工
d. Execution of safety precaution according to the Job Safety Analysis 根据JSA执行安全防护工作
e. Coordination and scheduling work considering this roof
waterproofing work.协调与规划工作
3.1 Field QA/QC Manager: QC经理
a. Inspection and testing.验收
b. Preparation and maintenance of inspection and test record. 保存验收与测试记录。
c. Notification to Client for inspection of forms and issuance
of RFI. The determination of the work to be applied, in
conjunction with Client-QC. 发RFI通知业主验收，确保工作
按业主要求实施。
d. If rectification is required to act execute any
instruction regarding rectification this may be issued by
client. 必要时进行整改。
3.2 Civil Site Engineer:土建现场工程师
a. Control of workers on site.管理工人
b. Preparation of Roof Waterproofing work.准备工作
c. Ensure safe work conditions.保证安全工作环境
d. Follow procedure step by step. 遵守流程
3.3 HSE Manager:安全经理
a. Preparation of JSA for each kinds of work activity. 编制JSA
