En el marco de dicho manual se han cuidado minuciosamente los aspectos correspondientes a la seguridad y a la pre-vención de accidentes en el trabajo durante la utilización de la máquina destacando las informaciones que son de mayor interés para el usuario.ATENCIÓN: ANTES DE UTILIZAR LA TORRE ELEVADORA,LEA ATENTAMENTE ESTE MANUAL2.DA TOS GENERALES2.1. Anclaje de las patas por gatillos de seguridad.Nivel de burbuja para ajustar posición vertical de la torre.Protección antióxido y acabado por pintura protectora.DESCRIPCIÓN DEL EQUIPO La torre elevadora MEGARA 200 ha sido diseñada para levantar estructuras y aparatos de iluminación y sonido en sentido vertical a diferentes alturas.Ha sido probada por personal capacitado habiendo superado todas las inspecciones de funcionamiento, carga máxima y dimensiones.EMPRESA ROLLSPEED, S.L. Normativa de aplicación- Directivas CE 2006/42/EG sobre maquinaria.- BGV C1 (GUV 6.175).- BGG 912 (GUV 66.15, GUV G-912).- EN 12385-4:2008-06 .- DIN EN 10305-3:2010-05.FOTO5La torre elevadora es un elemento industrial diseñado para la elevación de cargas en sentido vertical, NUNCA se debe utilizar como plata-forma elevadora de personas.Colocar la torre elevadora sólo en superficies duras y planas, verificando que está en posición vertical.Nunca utilice cuñas ni elementos extraños para equilibrar la torre elevadora.Comprobar que las patas están correctamente montadas y sujetas por sus pasadores retene-dores de seguridad.Nunca se debe elevar una carga sin antes v erifi -car que está correctamente apoyada y centrada en los soportes elevadores adecuados, de forma que el peso de la carga sólo actúe en sentido vertical.No se debe sobrepasar la capacidad de carga máxima indicada en la etiqueta de característi-cas de la torre elevadora y en este manual de instrucciones.Si existe posibilidad de viento fuerte o en ráfa-gas, coloque la torre elevadora en suelo firme y asegúrelo con la ayuda de tirantes.Nunca fije un tirante sobre un vehículo ni cual-quier otro elemento que pueda desplazarse.No usar escaleras encima de la torre elevadora ni apoyarlas en él para realizar ningún tipo de trabajo.T enga cuidado con todo tipo de salientes por encima de la torre elevadora como cornisas, bal-cones, letreros luminosos, etc. Es muy importan-te evitar la presencia de cables por debajo de la altura de trabajo de la torre elevadora.Nunca se debe desplazar la torre elevado-ra si ésta se encuentra con la carga elevada. No es aconsejable realizar ningún tipo de movimiento, ni tan siquiera pequeños ajus-tes de posicionamiento.Nunca utilizar la torre elevadora sobre nin-guna superficie móvil o ehículo.Antes de utilizar la torre elevadora, v erifi -car el estado del cable, éste no debe pre-sentar rotura de hilos o aplastamiento. No usar NUNCA cables defectuosos y en caso de duda cambie el cable. Sólo utilice cable de acero según describe este manual.Fijar la manivela cuando la carga esté ele-vada.La carga mínima para un funcionamiento del freno sin problemas es de 25kg. Sin esta carga mínima el freno no actuará.No engrasar ni lubricar el mecanismo de freno del cabestrante. Los discos de freno, han sido engrasados con una grasa especial resistente al calor y la presión. No deben ser utilizados otros productos para evitar influir negativamente en el funcionamiento del freno.Para el transporte de la torre elevadorahay que bajar todos los tramos.3.NORMAS GENERALES DE SEGURIDAD64.INSTRUCCIONES DE USO1. Colocar la torre elevadora sobre una superficie plana y firm en su emplazamiento de trabajo.2.Sacar las patas (H) de su soporte para transporte (C) e in-sertarlas en sus alojamientos de trabajo (G) comprobando que quedan sujetas por los gatillos retenedores de seguridad (K).3.Ajuste la torre elevadora en vertical utilizando los platos de apoyo (J) girando la manivela (I) de la varilla reguladora hasta que quede nivelada , observando el nivel de burbuja estabilizador.4. Colocar la carga que se va a elevar sobre la torre mediante un soporte adecuado según el caso, de forma que el peso de la carga sólo actúe en sentido vertical. La carga deberá ser como mínimo de 25kg. Se puede bloquear manualmente mediante el gatillo de seguridad (A).5.Elevar: Girar la manivela del cabestrante (B) en el sentido de las agujas del reloj elevando la carga hasta la posición deseada, comprobando que los gatillos de seguridad (A) están en posición accionados (T).6. Descenso: Liberar el gatillo de seguridad (A) realizando el paso U. Para liberar los gatillos de seguridad hay que elevar ligera-mente la carga con el cabestrante para soltarlos. En la posición normal de trabajo, el peso de la carga impide liberar los gatillos de seguridad. Una vez desbloqueado el gatillo de seguridad (A), girar la manivela del cabestrante (B) en sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj hasta que descendiendo la carga, quede bajado al máxi-mo el primer tramo. Liberar el gatillo de seguridad (A) y seguir bajando la torre hasta que éste segundo tramo baje al máximo. Desbloquear el gatillo de seguridad (A) y seguir bajando la torre elevadora hasta que quede completamente plegada a su altura mínima. La torre puede dejarse en cualquier posición intermedia que se necesite del mismo modo que al subir la carga, fijando el gatillo de seguridad (A) en la posición (S).7.Para el transporte hay que bajar todos los tramos, liberando el gatillo de seguridad (A) realizando el paso U. Fijar los tramos con los gatillos de seguridad (A) en posición(S).5.MANTENIMIENTO1. Comprobar periódicamente el estado del cable. Si un cable presenta rotura de hilos o aplastamiento, debe ser substituido inme-diatamente por otro nuevo. No utilizar la torre elevadora con cables en mal estado. Utilizar solamente cable de acero galvanizado según EN12385-4. Arrollamiento cruzado dchas. CargaMax: 19600N R.Tracción: 1770N/mm². Diámetro: 6mm. Long. 12+1m torre elevadora se suministra completamente engrasada de fábrica. No obstante, se recomienda engrasar periódicamente según el uso, la corona dentada del cabestrante, la rosca de la manivela y los tramos.ATENCION:NO ENGRASAR NI LUBRICAR EL MECANISMO DEL FRENOLos discos de freno, han sido engrasados con una grasa especial resistente al calor y la presión. No deben ser utilizados otros pro-ductos para evitar influir negativamente en el funcionamiento del f eno. No es necesario engrasar los discos de freno.3. La torre elevadora MEGARA 200 debe ser comprobada por un experto como mínimo una vez al año de acuerdo con su uti-lización.4. Solamente deben utilizarse piezas de repuesto originales para garantizar una continuada seguridad de uso. El usuario pierde todos los derechos de garantía, si incorpora otros repuestos que no sean originales o lleva a cabo cualquier modificación en el producto.5. Para solicitar cualquier repuesto, contacte con el fabricante o con un distribuidor autorizado dentro de su territorio.6.RIESGOS ESPECÍFICOSFALLO DEL SISTEMA DE FRENOPuede producirse por deficiencias en el sistema de frenado o por una mala instalación. Si deja de funcionar puede provocar un ries-go importante de pérdida de control de la mercancía elevada y originar golpes y/o contusiones sobre los usuarios o golpes sobre los materiales que se encuentren próximos a la torre.PÉRDIDA DE ESTABILIDADSi se coloca la torre sobre un terreno inclinado o sobre una superficie que no sea completamente lisa existe el riesgo de pérdida de estabilidad lo que daría lugar generalmente a un vuelco de 90º con riesgo de lesiones graves para los operarios.CAÍDA DE OBJETOS A DISTINTO NIVELComo elemento de elevación, su trabajo en altura hace que haya un riesgo importante de caída a diferente nivel de los objetos elevados, bien por fallo de los mecanismos de sujeción, desgaste de piezas, suciedad, etc. bien por utilización incorrecta de la torre (Ej: para elementos por encima de la carga máxima permitida). El descenso brusco del material elevado supone un elevado riesgo para el operario.GOLPES Y/O CONTUSIONES POR OBJETOSEste riesgo tan sólo en contadas ocasiones se traduce en accidente para el operario que conduce la operación, dada su situación durante el proceso de elevación; el riesgo de golpes por el elemento sobreelevado puede más bien afectar a personas que deam-bulen o tengan su puesto de trabajo en zonas cercanas a la torre elevadora.Su origen puede ser debido a pérdida de estabilidad, mal funcionamiento de elementos estructurales, mal funcionamiento de siste-mas de seguridad, sistemas de sujeción, etc.77.SISTEMAS DE PREVENCIÓNSOBRE FALLO DEL SISTEMA DE FRENODisponer de cabestrante conforme a las normas mencionadas en la directiva de seguridad BGV C1, especialmente DIN 56925 y DIN EN 292.SOBRE PÉRDIDA DE ESTABILIDADEl mantenimiento de la estabilidad de la torre elevadora debe realizarse básicamente con las siguientes medidas: •Profesionalización, adiestramiento, formación y concienciación del riesgo a los usuarios de las torres.•Dotación de diferentes dispositivos de seguridad y consejos por parte del fabricante, para reforzar su estabilidad como por ejemplo:•Pasadores de seguridad que fijan la to re una vez elevada.•Nivel de burbuja para facilitar el ajuste vertical.•Marcado de la carga máxima que puede elevar la torre.•Especificación de la pendiente máxima a la que pueden acceder las to res de forma segura.SOBRE CAÍDA DE OBJETOS A DISTINTO NIVEL, GOLPES Y/O CONTUSIONES CON OBJETOSEl riesgo de caída de objetos a distinto nivel puede prevenirse con la utilización de elementos de seguridad homologados, por ejemplo, un gatillo de seguridad que fije el tramo interior de la torre en su posición de trabajo, de forma que el cable no soporta la carga y se garantiza la imposibilidad de una caída. En caso de rotura de cable, actúa el freno automáticamente. Por otra parte, si los elementos de acero están zincados se protege el conjunto de la oxidación y la corrosión.T ambién se pueden minimizar estos riesgos con un adecuado mantenimiento de la torre elevadora. El usuario deberá hacer inspec-ciones periódicas de los elementos de seguridad y realizar las reparaciones necesarias en caso de detectar deficiencias Asimismo, se pueden reducir las consecuencias de estos riesgos limitando la zona de acceso a la torre elevadora y con adecuada formación del personal.SOBRE EMISIONES SONORASEste equipo no emite más de 80 decibelios.8。

It totally realizes the translation from RF carrier to voice in the RX path and from voice to RF carrier in the TX path, requiring only one micro controller.The RDA1846S has a powerful digital signal processor, which makes it have optimum voice quality, flexible function options, and robust performance under varying reception conditions. The RDA1846S can be tuned to the worldwide frequency band for Walkie Talkie from 400MHz to 500MHz and especially from 134MHz to 174MHz which meets the frequency band of weather broadcast.The transceiver uses the CMOS process with a package size of 5X5mm. Functional Description…Figure 3.1 RDA1846S Block DiagramThe RDA1846S transceiver features very low solution cost and reduced complexity. As shown in Fig.3.1, to totally complete the translation from RF carrier to voice in the RX path and from voice to RF carrier in the TX path, the chip integrates nearly all the functional blocks including RF and base band analog blocks and digital signal processor. It requires only one micro controller and a few external components to realize a walkie-talkie.A powerful integrated DSP accomplishes both the demodulation and modulation of the FM signal. Besides, standard walkie-talkie features such as CTS, CDS, VOX and SQ etc. are provided through the 8 GPIOs of the chip. Especially, by virtue of the state-of-the-art CMOS technology advanced algorithms such as AFC, AGC, RSSI and SNR calculations are realized in the DSP, which guarantees the high receiving and transmitting quality while still consumes a low power. Flexible RX/TX/SLEEP auto switching function from the DSP further reduces the average power consumptions.LDOs are also integrated in the chip which further reduces the BOMs.All interface pins of the chip will be shortly explained below. For details, refer to the ‘RDA 1846 programming guide’.3.1 RF input and outputThe chip can receive and transmit RF signals from 400 to 500MHz and from 134 to 174MHz which cover most of the walkie-talkie frequency bands around the world and the weather broadcast band. For the RF input, a direct-in connection from the antenna to the LNA input pin through a switch is suggested which means no input impedance matching is needed for the receive band. For the RF out, a pa diver can deliver no more than 8 dBm power to PA. PA bias voltage from 1.5V~2.8V for the power amplifier can be supplied from the PABIAS pin.3.2 Voice input and outputIn the RX path, the voice signal after demodulation is sent to the internal DAC which can directly drive a 32Ω resistance loading through AC coupling. In the TX path, microphone signal can be sent into the chip through AC coupling capacitors.3.3 SynthesizerThe frequency synthesizer generates the local oscillator signal. All building blocks are fully integrated without any external components. LO frequency can be programmed through the serial interface by the MCU. (How to select frequency band and program LO frequency, refer to the programming guide)3.4 XTAL ClockThe RDA1846S supports XT AL clocks such as 12.8 MHz, 13 MHz, 25.6 MHz and 26 MHz. The internal XTAL oscillator can also be bypassed thus TCXO clock with appropriate amplitude can be sent into the chip directly. (How to configure the internal XTAL oscillator, refer to the programming guide)3.5 DSP functionsThe DSP accomplishes the demodulation and modulation of the FM signal. Standard walkie-talkie features such as CTS, CDS, VOX and SQ etc. are provided through the 8 GPIOs. (How to configure theGPIOs, refer to the programming guide)3.6 Integrated LDOLDOs are integrated on chip which eliminates using one LDO chip on the PCB. Supply voltage for the chip is suggested to be within 3.3V~4.8V. A common share of the supply voltage for RDA1846S and other chips or on board circuits are not appropriate and thus not recommended.3.7 Serial Control InterfaceA 3-wire/4-wire/I2C serial interface is provided for host IC to read and write RDA1846S control registers. Cuando el espesor del hielo/congelado en la superficie del evaporador alcanza un cuarto de una pulgada(6 mm), empiece la operación de descogelación.Para descongelar, gire el control a "0".Durante la descongelación, quite los alimentos del evaporador y coloque la bandeja de gotera en una posición apropiada.Después de descongelar, quite la bandeja de gotera, vacie el agua de la bandeja, sequela y colóquela de nuevo en su posición normal. Coloque el control en la posicion deseada.●Al almacenar alimentos calientes asegúrece de enfriarlo antes.●Cuando esté almacenando, cubra el alimento con una convertura de vinilo o almacene en un contenedor con tapa.Cuando se evapora la humedad del alimento, se pierde el sabor y la nutrición del alimento.●No almacene botellas en el evaporador, ya que puede romperce al ser congelado.●No congele de nuevo un alimento que una vez haya sido derretido y congelado, ya que causará la pérdida del sabor y nutrición.●Almacene los alimentos después de haberlos lavado, para no contaminar los alimentos adyacentes.Limpieza - InteriorPara limpiar el interior, use una tela suave con una solución de un cuarto de litro de agua con una cuchara grande de soda para hornear, o con algo de detergente suave. Esto límpia y neutraliza los olores. Enjuague con agua y séquelo. Limpie la parte interna de la misma manera.Limpieza - ExteriorUse una solución tibia de jabón suave o detergente para limpiar el exterior de su refrigerador. Enjuague con una tela limpia y humeda, después séquelo. Limpieza - Precausiones●Desconecte siempre el cordón de potencia del enchufe eléctrico cuando este limpiando alrededor de las partes eléctricas.●No use liquidos inflamables o tóxicos para limpiar.●No use trapos metálicos, cepillos, limpiadores tosco abrasivos o soluciones de fuerte alcalino en ninguna supericie.●Cuidado durante las Vacaciones: Para unas vacaciones largas, desconecte el cordón de potencia y deje la puerta abierta para prevenir olores. Para unas vacaciones cortas, retire los alimentos frescos deje el control en operación normal.●Cuidados al Trasladar: Asegure todos losartículos sueltos en sus lugares con seguridad, usando una cinta adhesiva para prevenircualquier daño, y levante el tornillo nivelador.VACACIONESEn unas vacaciones de corta duración, probablemente lo mejor será dejar el frigorífico funcionando. Introduzca en el congelador los alimentos que puedan congelarse para una mayor conservación. Cuando piense estar fuera durante un período prolongado de tiempo, saque todos los alimentos, desconecte el cable de alimentación, limpie completamente el interior y deje ABIERTAS las puertas para impedir la formación de olores.CORTES ELECTRICOSLa mayoría de los cortes de la alimentación se solucionan en una o dos horas y no afectan a las temperaturas del frigorífico. Sin embargo, deberáevitarse abrir las puertas durante los corteseléctricos. Cuando se produzcan cortes prolongados, coloque un bloque de hielo seco sobre los paquetes congelados. MUDANZASQuite o fije de un mode seguro todos los componentes extraíbles del interior del refrigerador. Para evitar daños en el(los) tornillo(s) de nivelación, introdúzcalos completamente en la base.El refrigerador ha sido diseñado con puerta reversible en tal modo que se pueda abrir ya sea por la derecha que por la izquierda. Es mejor reinstalar la charnela de la puerta al principio porque es incómodo efectuarlo después.Para cambiar la charnela de la puerta le rogamos que consulte el diagrama que damos a1. Quite todos los accesorios de ajuste flojos del interior del dispositivo.2. Con cuidado, apoye el dispositivo sobre la parte posterior en el empaque original (Va a necesitar ayuda para realizarlo). Tenga cuidado de no arruinar las tuberías manteniéndolas alejadas del piso.3. Destornille y quite el pié ajustable (A).4. Quite la charnela inferior (D) destornillando los dos pernos (B).5. Quite la pata (H) destornillando el perno que la sujeta (C).6. Suavemente tire la puerta hacia abajo para quitarla.7. Antes de volver a encajar la puerta, cambie la Cápsula de la charnela (F) haciendo palanca sobre la misma desde su posición usual y reinstalándola sobre el otro lado de la puerta. Debe ponerse cuidado de no dañar las superficies adyacentes cuando quite la Cápsula de la Charnela.8. winch housing.The switch should push easily to the bottom of the pocket and excess force should not be required for installation or removal of the switch.Be sure that the wires are free to rotate with the switch so that it will return to its center “off”position when released.Leave your car engine run-ning on fast idle as a precaution in case the battery is not in top condition.2.With the clutch lever in the engaged gears posi-tion,you may power the winch in either the load or unload direction.Allowing the switch to return to the OFF position will automatically stop the winch and lock the LOSECONTROL.3.Always remove the handle from the winch after useand replace the plastic plug.For long life and trouble-free operation your winchshould periodically be inspected for any required main-tenance.This should be done at least once annually andmore frequently in adverse conditions such as salt waterareas or areas of extreme dust and dirt.1.Carefully inspect the winch cable for any kinks,fraysor abnormal stiffness and replace at the first sign ofthis kind of damage.Periodic lubrication with a lightoil will improve the life of the cable.In order toreplace the winch cable,it is necessary to removethe clutch handle,by removing the two clutch han-dle screws,and the four cover mounting bolts.Besure that the power is disconnected from the hous-ing and lift the housing off of the winch bygently stretching it open near the lower front corner.Rotate the winch reel so that you have access to therope clamp.Remove the old cable and replace itwith a new cable of the same size.Be sure that thecable passes under both sides of the rope clampand that the clamp is tightened securely.NOTE:CABLE IS WOUND OVER THE TOP OFTHE DRUM ON MODELS SA5000AND SA7000AND UNDER THE DRUM ON MODELS the entire gear train and all drive shafts for any sig-nificant wear or loose bearing fits.Grease all of the gears on the inside of the winch base and apply a drop of oil on all of the bearings in the base.Also, very sparingly oil all of the bearings in the clutch mechanism and place a drop of oil on the rollerclutch.Do not over lubricate these areas and do not use grease in the roller clutch.The clutch mecha-nism and the brake pads and brake disc must be kept clean and oil free.3.Check the operation of the roller clutch.Carefully rotate the brake disc and observe the motor shaft. When the disc is turned clockwise the motor shaft should turn with it.When the disc is turned counter-clockwise the motor shaft should not turn.Also, check all nuts,bolts,retaining rings,etc.,to be sure that they are tight and secure.4.Check the switch contact studs in the winch housing to be sure that they are free from any corrosion or excessive electrical pitting.Make sure that the hous-ing shunt spring is properly in place and making contact with both contact pins.5.If the clutch has been slipping and requires adjust-ment the following procedures should be used.The clutch is adjustable in ten degree increments.With a screwdriver and pliers,remove the end of the clutch spring from the hole in the winch base.The spring tension is quite high so be careful to maintain a firm grip on the spring.The O-ring should be rotated so that the cut out portions align with the lugs on the spring keeper.(See FIG.6)The ring can then be expanded with a pencil or sim-ilar object and the spring keeper can be lifted free from the clutch nut.Rotate the keeper clockwise10 degrees and install on the next serration in the clutch nut.Reinstall O-ring and rotate slightly so thatspring keeper and reinstall the clutch spring into the hole in the base.Adjustment of the clutch more than 10degrees to20degrees should normally not be necessary.With only spring pressure(do not forcibly tighten the clutch mechanism)the spring lug on the spring keeper should come to rest at approximately the2:30oʼclock position.(See FIG.7)6.Check the pulley block and hook assembly(Models SA7000and SA12000)to be sure that the pulley rotates freely on the bronze pulley spacer.
