七年级上册英语加入英语俱乐部范文Hello, my name is Amy and I am a seventh grade student at a local middle school. I want to share with you my experience of joining the English club at my school.About a month ago, I received a flyer for the English club in my school. I was immediately interested because I have always enjoyed learning English and I wanted to improve my language skills. The flyer mentioned that the club would provide opportunities to practice speaking, listening, reading, and writing in English, as well as opportunities to make new friends and have fun.I decided to attend the first meeting, and I'm so glad I did! The club is made up of students from different grades who are all passionate about English. We have a great mix of native English speakers, bilingual students, and students whoare learning English as a second language. It's a diverse and welcoming group, and I instantly felt at home.During our meetings, we engage in a variety of activities to improve our English skills. We have discussions ondifferent topics, play language games, read and analyze texts, and even practice speaking in front of the group. I havefound these activities to be incredibly helpful in boostingmy confidence and fluency in English. One of the best things about the English club is thesense of community and support. We all encourage each otherto speak up and participate, and we help each other with new vocabulary and grammar. It's a safe and nurturing environment where we can make mistakes and learn from them.Another benefit of joining the English club is the opportunity to make new friends. I have met so manyinteresting and friendly people through the club, and I have developed strong friendships with some of them. We often hangout outside of the club meetings and practice English together in a more casual setting.Overall, my experience of joining the English club has been incredibly positive. I have improved my English skills, made new friends, and had a lot of fun along the way. I feel more confident and prepared to use English in my everyday life, both in and out of school. I am so grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a wonderful community, and I would encourage anyone who is interested in English to join a similar club in their own school. Thank you for listening to my story, and I hope it inspires you to take part in your own language learning journey!。
你最喜欢的俱乐部英语对话七年级作文全文共6篇示例,供读者参考篇1My Favorite ClubHave you ever been part of a club that you just absolutely loved? Well, I'm part of the coolest club ever - the Science Explorers Club! It's the best club at my school and I look forward to the meetings every single week. Let me tell you all about it!First off, the Science Explorers Club is where all the science lovers at my school get together. We're a bunch of nerds who are obsessed with experiments, discoveries, and exploring how the world works. The club meets every Thursday after school from 3:30 to 5:00 in Mr. Watson's science classroom. I rush from my last class to get there on time because I never want to miss a single minute!Mr. Watson is our club supervisor and he's the most awesome science teacher. He's really funny and makes learning science fun instead of boring. He's always bringing in crazy examples to explain concepts, like using Star Wars lightsabers to demonstrate thermal energy. How cool is that?At every meeting, we start by going over the science news and discoveries from that week. The older kids take turns presenting and teaching us about the latest breakthroughs. I remember when Samantha, who's in 8th grade, told us all about the first picture of a black hole that was released last year. It was so mind-blowing to see an actual image of something so bizarre and mysterious! The black hole looked like a smouldering ring of fire surrounded by darkness. I had so many questions after her presentation. After the weekly news, we usually do an experiment or hands-on activity related to what we learned. My favorite experiment so far was building emergency flashlights powered by lemons, zinc nails, and copper wire. We learned all about electrical circuits and how the acid from the lemons could generate a current. It was awesome watching the little LED bulbs slowly start glowing brighter and brighter as we connected more lemons together. Science is the best!Sometimes we go on field trips too. A few months ago, we visited the natural history museum downtown. We got to see real dinosaur fossils up close and learn how paleontologists study them. We even got to work in the lab room and usebrushes to uncover fake fossils buried in sand. I found a T-Rex tooth! Ok, it was just a plastic model, but still. What a rush! The best part of the club though is definitely the Science Fair that we do at the end of every school year. We spend months working really hard on our projects, developing a hypothesis, conducting experiments, analyzing data, and putting it all together. Last year, I did my project on crystal growth and figured out which solutions grow the best rock candy crystals. I grew some epic sugar crystals that were every color of the rainbow! On Science Fair night, we all set up our projects on tables in the gymnasium and get to present our findings to teachers, parents, and other students who walk around. There are always crazy demonstrations happening too, like the baking soda volcano that sprays "lava" everywhere. I get such a thrill from discussing my experiment and showing off my crystals. I felt like a real scientist!Winning Science Fair and getting a ribbon puts you in a whole new level of coolness at school. The trophy case right outside the main office showcases all the past Science Fair winning projects. Seeing my name and photo up there would be the ultimate dream. This year, my project is going to be onelectromagnetism and I have a really bold hypothesis that I can't wait to test out!I've made so many good friends at the Science Explorers Club who are just as obsessed with science as I am. We watch sciency movies together like Apollo 13, we roast chemists with chemistry puns, and we theorize about crazy future technologies like teleportation. I feel like I've found my tribe - fellow nerds who aren't afraid to be curious, ask "What if?", and just geek out about science together.Science Explorers Club isn't just a club to me, it's a home for kids like me who think outside the box and want to make new discoveries. We get to be creative, think critically, get our hands dirty with experiments, and boldly go where no scientist has gone before. Well, at least not any scientists at our middle school! I'll always be grateful to Mr. Watson for creating this club and giving us a space to explore our passion for understanding how this incredible universe works. The Science Explorers Club has made me even more excited to dive deeper into STEM in high school and hopefully have a career in science one day. Maybe I'll make a breakthrough that changes the world! A science nerd can dream...篇2My Favorite ClubHi there! My name is Timmy and I'm in 7th grade. Today I want to tell you all about my absolute favorite club that I'm a part of. It's called the Junior Explorers Club and it's the best thing ever!Every Saturday morning, we meet up at the community center downtown. There's a group of around 20 of us kids, plus two adult leaders who are really cool. Their names are Mrs. Jensen and Mr. Rodriguez. Mrs. Jensen is sort of like the mom of the group - she always makes sure we have snacks and water and that nobody gets lost or hurt. Mr. Rodriguez is more of the fun one. He's really goofy and tells the funniest jokes!Anyway, when we all get together, we go over the plan for the day's adventure. Sometimes we go on hikes in the woods near the creek. Other times we'll visit cool places around town like museums, fire stations, or factories. Once we even got to tour the baseball stadium! No matter where we go, it's always a total blast. My favorite adventures are the ones where we explore nature. The hikes are my number one. I love stomping through the trees, crawling over fallen logs, and keeping my eyes peeled for awesome stuff like bird nests, fossils, or animal footprints. Afew weeks ago, we saw a huge deer drinking from the creek! It was amazing. When we go on the hikes, Mr. Rodriguez teaches us tons of cool things. Like how to identify different kinds of plants and trees. Or how to read animal tracks and trails. He's shown us which berries and mushrooms are okay to eat and which ones you должен stay far away from. One time he even taught us how to build a simple shelter out of sticks and leaves in case you ever got lost or stuck outside overnight. Just awesome survival skills.Mrs. Jensen is awesome too though. She's a real brainiac and knows SO much about science, history, and basically everything. When we visit places in town, she'll give us tons of fascinating background information to make it way more interesting. Like when we went to the fire station, she told us all about the history of firefighting, from the old bucket brigades to modern equipment and tactics. She's like a walking encyclopedia! But my overall favorite part of Junior Explorers is just the feeling of adventure and being outdoors. It's way better than sitting inside all day watching TV or playing video games. We get to actually DO stuff and see the real world up close. It makes me feel so free and alive!I've made so many good friends in the club too. We're all totally different kids - some are super smart, some are athletes, some are kinda shy. But we all have one thing in common: we love exploring and learning about the world around us. It doesn't matter if you're popular at school or whatever. In Junior Explorers, everyone is equal and we all look out for each other.Like this one time, we were hiking and my friend Jake started getting tired so I let him put his backpack in mine to carry. Then later, I twisted my ankle a little so Emily let me lean on her until it felt better. We're all buddies who have each other's backs. It's an awesome team.I seriously look forward to Saturdays all week long. As soon as I wake up, I'm throwing on my Junior Explorers t-shirt and hiking boots and grabbing my backpack loaded with snacks and gear. I get so pumped just thinking about where we might end up that day and what wild adventures await!Mom and Dad are really happy I'm in the club too. They say it's helping me learn good leadership skills and appreciate nature. And that getting exercise and fresh air is way better than just being a couch potato. I'm not gonna lie, some of their lectures about that stuff can be a little boring. But I agree with the basic idea for sure.Anyway, I could seriously go on and on about Junior Explorers. It's just THE BEST. I've learned so much crazy stuff, made awesome friends, and had more fun than I could ever put into words. I'm definitely going to keep doing it all through middle school and high school if they'll let me. Who knows, maybe I'll even be a leader myself one day!If you're a kid who loves the outdoors, discovering how things work, and going on excellent escapades, then I super duper recommend finding a club like this near you and joining up. It'll blow your mind! Just don't forget to pack your sense of adventure...and maybe some extra socks too. Trust me, you're gonna need em!篇3My Favorite ClubHi there! I'm so excited to tell you all about my absolute favorite club. It's the best club ever and I love it so much! I go every week and it's seriously the highlight of my entire week. I look forward to it all the time. The club is called the Robotics Club and it's all about building and programming robots. How cool is that?! We get to build these awesome little robot guys and then code them to doall kinds of crazy things. Last week, I programmed my robot to do a silly dance. It was hilarious watching this little machine busting moves across the table!I first joined the Robotics Club at the start of 7th grade. My friend Jake was already in it and he's the one who convinced me to sign up too. I'll never forget that first meeting. I walked into the classroom feeling totally nervous. There were all these kids there who seemed way smarter than me, working on these insanely complex robot designs. I thought there was no way I'd ever be able to do that stuff. But you know what? The club leaders, Mr. Harris and Mrs. Thompson, are just the nicest people ever. They could see I was feeling overwhelmed and they came right over to me. They explained that everybody starts off not knowing anything about robotics and that's totally okay. They were so patient and made me feel completely welcome. From that very first day, they walked me through the basics step-by-step. We started out just learning how to put the robots together using these cool little LEGO-like pieces that snap together. It was seriously so much fun! It felt like I was a little kid again, playing with LEGOs, except this time I was actually building a real robot that could move and do stuff.Once we had the physical robot assembled, that's when the coding part began. I'm not going to lie, learning to code was definitely a challenge for me at first. It's like this whole other language with loops and functions and all these crazy terms I'd never heard before. My brain felt like a pretzel trying to wrap my mind around it all.But Mr. Harris and Mrs. Thompson are just the best teachers. They never make you feel dumb if you don't understand something right away. They'll explain it a million different ways until it finally clicks. And the older kids in the club are super nice too and love helping out the newbies. I can't tell you how many times Jake had to walk me through a coding problem after school when I got stuck. These days, I'm getting to be pretty decent at coding and can usually figure stuff out on my own. But that first year was rough let me tell you! There were so many times I wanted to just give up because it felt too hard. But my friends and the teachers kept encouraging me to stick with it. And I'm so glad I did!Now that I've got the basics down, robotics is just an absolute blast. My friends and I are always trying to one-up each other, coming up with crazier and crazier ideas to code our robots to do. A few weeks ago, I programmed mine to play musicand dance at the same time. Let me tell you, trying to sync up those movements with the right beats was NOT easy! I think I aged about 10 years in stress trying to get that code right. But I finally nailed it and it was SO worth it to see my little robot buddy boogying away to "Uptown Funk" while the other kids cheered. I felt like a total genius! Those are the moments that make all the hard work worth it.Honestly, one of the best parts of Robotics Club is the sense of community and friendship. We're all in it together, helping each other out, cheering each other on, celebrating our successes. The club has kids of all different backgrounds and friend groups, but we're one big happy robot family. We've gotten to be so close that we even do fun activities together outside of club meetings sometimes. Last month, we all went to the trampoline park after school one day. I'm telling you, it was hysterical watching Mr. Harris trying to dunk a basketball while bouncing up and down. That's one image burnt into my brain forever!I guess you could say that Robotics Club has also taught mea lot about perseverance and not giving up when things get tough. Like I said, coding was just brutal for me at first and I wanted to quit so many times. But I stuck with it, worked throughthe frustrations, asked a million questions, and just refused to give up. And look at me now! I'm coding circles around some of the kids who made it look so easy at the beginning. What's really cool is how much Robotics Club has opened up my mind to the possibility of a career in technology or engineering someday. Maybe I'll even be the one programming amazing robots that can help make the world a better place! How awesome would that be?For now, I'm just trying to soak up as much as I can and have an awesome time with the greatest group of friends at my favorite club. We're already making plans for new robot designs to work on next year. Jake has this crazy idea to build one that can shoot nerf guns. I have a feeling that's going tobe...interesting!Anyway, thanks for reading about my absolute favorite thing in the whole world: Robotics Club! I hope I've convinced you how unbelievably awesome it is and that you'll consider joining next year. Who knows, maybe I'll see you there and we can become robot buddies!篇4My Favorite ClubSarah: Hey Jessica! What did you do after school yesterday?Jessica: I went to my favorite club, the Art Club! We had such a fun time painting and drawing. What about you?Sarah: That's cool! I was just at home watching TV. The Art Club sounds really neat. Can you tell me more about it?Jessica: Of course! The Art Club is where we get to be creative and make all kinds of art projects. We can paint on canvases, sculpt with clay, draw with pastels and colored pencils, and more!Sarah: Wow, that does sound amazing. I love being creative and making art. Who runs the club? Is it a teacher?Jessica: Yes, it's run by Mrs. Thompson, the art teacher. She's really nice and gives us lots of ideas for projects, but also lets us come up with our own creative ideas too.Sarah: That's great that you have a supportive teacher leading it. How often does the club meet?Jessica: We meet every Tuesday and Thursday after school from 3:30 to 5:00 pm. On Tuesdays we usually start new projects, and on Thursdays we get to work more on them.Sarah: It sounds like you get a good amount of time to really dive into your artwork. What kind of projects have you made so far?Jessica: Well, a few weeks ago we made self-portraits using oil pastels. It was hard to draw ourselves, but Mrs. Thompson helped us and they turned out really cool! Last week, we sculpted animals out of clay and painted them. I made a blue elephant!Sarah: An elephant?! How creative! I would love to see all the art you've made. It sounds like you've created some awesome pieces.Jessica: Thanks! Yeah, I really love everything we've gotten to make. I brought my clay elephant home to put in my room. I'm really proud of it.Sarah: That's so nice that you can make art and then keep it. Do you have to pay to be in the Art Club or buy supplies?Jessica: No, it's free for students! The school provides all the art supplies like paints, brushes, canvases, and clay. We just need to be responsible and clean up after ourselves.Sarah: Free art supplies? That's incredible! I can see why it's your favorite club. It sounds like so much fun and very relaxing after a long day of classes.Jessica: It really is! I look forward to Art Club every week. We get to tap into our creativity in a nice calm environment. And Mrs. Thompson puts on cool music for us to listen to while we work, which makes it even more fun and relaxing.Sarah: That does sound perfect for relaxing and being creative. I think I might want to join the Art Club too! Is it too late to sign up this year?Jessica: Not at all! We can go talk to Mrs. Thompson together and get you signed up. I know she'll be excited to have another creative student in the club.Sarah: Awesome, I'm so glad you told me about this. Having an after-school activity focused on art and creativity seems like the perfect way to relieve some stress. Thanks for all the details!Jessica: You're very welcome! I'm so happy I could tell you about the Art Club. I just know you're going to love it as much as I do. We're going to have such a blast creating beautiful artwork together!篇5My Favorite ClubSarah: Hey Emma! I'm so excited for our English class today. We get to write about our favorite club or activity for our in-class essay.Emma: Oh yeah, I love writing assignments like this. It lets me be really creative and write about the things I'm passionate about. Do you know what you're going to write about yet?Sarah: You know how much I love being a part of the School STEM Club. I think I'm going to write all about that for my essay topic.Emma: The STEM Club does sound like a lot of fun. What kinds of activities and projects do you guys do?Sarah: Well, we get to do all sorts of cool science experiments and learn about coding and engineering. Just last week, we built these awesome robot cars and raced them against each other. It was a blast!Emma: Whoa, that does sound really cool! I didn't realize the STEM Club let you do such fun hands-on activities like that.Sarah: Yeah, it's definitely not just sitting around listening to boring lectures or anything. Although we do still have to learn about important STEM concepts and principles too. But the leaders make it really engaging and interactive.Emma: I can see why you love it so much then. Getting to actually apply what you're learning in creative ways must make it so much more interesting and memorable.Sarah: Exactly! We just started a new unit on computer programming too. We're learning how to code our own simple games and apps. I'm working on a math game right now with my STEM buddy.Emma: You get to have a STEM buddy too? Now I'm really jealous! That sounds like such a fun way to work on projects and learn at the same time.Sarah: Yeah, the STEM buddies are the best! We get paired up to work on all the hands-on activities together. It's so nice having someone to collaborate with and bounce ideas off of.Emma: I can imagine. Two brains are definitely better than one, especially for STEM subjects. Does the STEM Club do any kind of competitions or challenges too?Sarah: Oh for sure! Every few months we have these big STEM challenges where we get put into teams and have to design and build some kind of structure or invention to compete against the other teams.Emma: No way! Like an engineering competition almost? That's so awesome.Sarah: Totally! The last one was so much fun. We had to build a bridge out of popsicle sticks that could hold as much weight as possible without breaking. My team's bridge held over 50 pounds!Emma: Whoa, you STEM kids are geniuses! I don't think my bridge would have even held a few textbooks let alone that much weight. What did you win?Sarah: Well the winning team got awarded these really cool STEM Club medals. But just the experience of designing and building the bridges was a prize in itself. I learned so much!Emma: I can only imagine. The problem-solving, teamwork, and hands-on application you must get from competitions like that is probably invaluable. No wonder you're so enthusiastic about STEM Club!Sarah: You got that right! Oh, and I can't forget to mention the club field trips too. Those are always a total blast.Emma: You guys even go on field trips? To where? This club just keeps getting better and better!Sarah: A few times a year, the STEM Club plans fun and educational field trips to places like science museums, tech company campuses, robotics competitions, and more. Our last trip was to this interactive kids' museum where we got to design our own video games!Emma: Okay, now I'm officially super jealous. Between all the hands-on projects, coding games, STEM challenges, field trips and having a STEM buddy - this club sounds like the absolute best!Sarah: It really is! Being a part of the STEM Club has been one of the most fun and rewarding experiences. I've learned so many important skills and made so many great friends who share my passion for all things STEM. I don't know what I'd do without it!Emma: Well, you've definitely convinced me. I think I need to look into joining the STEM Club next semester. It sounds like the perfect club for someone like me who loves science and getting their hands dirty with cool projects and activities.Sarah: You absolutely should! I'll help remind you when sign-ups start again. With how much I've been raving about it, I know you'd love it just as much as I do. We can even try to get assigned as STEM buddies!Emma: That would be amazing! Okay, you've successfully inspired my English essay topic - I'm going to write about why I want to join the STEM Club. Thanks for giving me so much awesome insight, Sarah!Sarah: No problem at all, Emma! I'm just excited to hopefully have you as my newest STEM buddy. We're going to have such a blast!篇6My Favorite ClubHey there! I'm so excited to tell you all about my favorite club at school. It's called the Science Explorers Club and it's honestly the best thing ever! You want to hear about it? Awesome, let me give you all the details. It all started last year when I was in 6th grade. My friend Jake was like "Dude, you've got to check out this new science club that just started. It's going to be epic!" At first I was a little unsure because science class could be kind of boring sometimes. But Jake insisted it would be way different and way more fun.So we went to the first meeting and let me tell you, it blew my mind! The teacher in charge, Mr. Patterson, was the coolestscience teacher I'd ever met. Rather than just lecturing at us, he let us get our hands dirty with all kinds of crazy experiments and projects. On that first day, we made little baking soda and vinegar rockets and launched them across the room. I'll never forget the look on Jake's face when his rocket shot off the launcher and smacked him right between the eyes! We were laughing so hard we could barely breathe. From then on, I was hooked. Every week we got to do another round of amazing hands-on activities and experiments. One week we dissected a frog and learned all about animal anatomy. Another time we made our own lava lamps and learned about density. We even got to build and launch model rockets out on the football field! But my absolute favorite day was when we did the egg drop challenge. We had to design and build a container that would protect a raw egg from breaking when dropped from the top of a ladder. Jake and I worked for hours on our design, using straws, cotton balls, balloons, you name it. When the big day came, we crossed our fingers and released our egg...and it survived! The yolk was still totally intact. We were jumping up and down, hollering like crazy people.Mr. Patterson is always coming up with the coolest ideas to make science feel like playtime rather than work. But even though it's a ton of fun, I'm learning so much too. Like did you know that if you put a peeled hard boiled egg in some vinegar, the shell will dissolve away and the egg will get all rubbery? Crazy right? The best part is that everyone in the club is just as enthusiastic about science as I am. We're all a bunch of science nerds, but we love it and embrace it wholeheartedly. No one is afraid to ask questions or try new things. There's no judgment, only curiosity and a shared love of exploration.I used to think science was this dry, boring subject full of complicated formulas and dense textbooks. But Science Explorers Club has completely changed my perspective. Science is vivid, engaging, and endlessly fascinating when you get to actively participate and witness the wonders firsthand.Mr. Patterson always tells us, "You guys aren't just learning science, you're doing science!" And he's absolutely right. We don't just read about concepts, we bring them to life through hands-on experiments and activities. It's an incredibly powerful way to learn.I can't imagine my middle school experience without Science Explorers Club. It's genuinely the highlight of my week and the thing I most look forward to. My friends and I are always buzzing with excitement, constantly wondering what Mr. Patterson has in store for us next.Who knows, maybe I'll even pursue a career in science one day because of this club. I certainly have a much deeper appreciation for it now than I ever did before. At the very least, the club has ignited a lifelong passion for hands-on learning and curiosity about the world around me.I really can't say enough good things about Science Explorers Club. It's engaging, it's educational, it's flat-out fun. If you're a kid who loves science, or even just a kid who loves having a good time, I can't recommend this club enough. The memories and knowledge I've gained here will stick with me forever.Well, that's my little ode to my favorite club! Thanks for letting me gush - I could honestly go on and on singing its praises all day. Bottom line: it's the best thing this science-loving kid could have asked for. The end!。
