The US Secretary of State Chuck Hagel has said the US is rethinking its opposition to arming

Syria's rebels. It's the first time a senior American official has openly acknowledged that the

administration is considering providing weapons to the rebels, although no decisions have been

made. Our state department correspondent Kim Ghattas reports.
