教师可以反复强调新单词,如Christmas、Halloween、Easter等。
2. 新词和句型学习板书单词和句型,让学生跟读。
老师给学生们一些写出所学单词和句型的锻炼题目,例如:•请写出这些节日的英文名称:春节、复活节、中秋节。
•在这些节日里,你会做什么?你可以写出来吗?当学生完成练习之后,老师可以请一些学生上来表演他们的答案。
并指出正确和错误的所在。
3. 问答练习老师现在要用问答形式,让学生练习运用所学单词和句型。
学生可以两两搭档,或者分组,用所学单词和句型进行问答。

主要教学内容是通过Mike 和Liu Tao国庆节假期后回到学校后聊起双方各自精彩的假期经历展开话题。
把"过去所做事情"的日常交际用语,词汇和语言结构有机地结合起来,要求学生能准确的运用好did和was.在一定的情景下正确恰当地使用What/Where did I /he do/go for the holiday?询问伙伴及作出相应的回答。
能熟练运用一般过去时询问How was your holiday?和 Why did you call me?并学会说明相应的原因。
还重点引出了一般过去时的一般疑问句Did you/he…?及其答语Yes, I/he did. No, I/he didn’t.为了使学生更好地掌握本单元的句型和词汇,教师在教学过程中可尽量创设生动活泼并较为真的情景引导学生理解和运用新知识。
学情分析:本单元涉及的单词都是名胜古迹的,学生应该比较感兴趣。
而且现在的学生在节假日父母一般都会带着出去游玩,所以对本单元的句型应该都有话可说。
教学时,教师应尽可能利用学生已掌握的知识,通过多种活动,引导学生会在一定的情景中使用What did you do/go?I…,在语言实践中,有意识地培养学生多出去旅游,阅览各地美景的良好习惯。
教学中要根据学生的年龄特点,充分利用多媒体课件,图片,幻灯等加上形象化的动作和语言,使所教的内容与学生的生活紧密结合,减少语言障碍,提高学生实际运用语言的能力。
