依托人机对话，提升听说能力———青岛市初中英语学业考试人机对话的实践与反思武继国（山东省青岛市教育科学研究院，山东青岛266000）摘要：学业考试中的人机对话测试作为终结性评价引导着日常教学及过程性评价方式，以考促教，以教促学，形成良性循环，最终指向提升学生的核心素养和促进学生终身的发展。

本文拟重点以青岛市初中英语学业考试人机对话为研究对象，评析初中英语学业考试人机对话部分的命题原则和反映出的问题、剖析原因，旨在对英语教师的日常课堂教学以启示，不断提升学生英语听说能力。

关键词：人机对话；听说能力；初中英语学业考试一、前言语言作为一种交流工具，是人与人之间进行沟通的桥梁。

随着国际化进程的加快，英语交际功能日益突出，听说能力的培养显得尤为重要。

《义务教育英语课程标准（2011年版）》对初中阶段的学生提出3-5级别的英语听说技能要求。

然而“哑巴英语”依然是英语教学顽疾。

为更好的提升学生听说能力，青岛市自2001年起，针对市内三区进行初中英语学业考试口语听力考试，其中口语考试采用以三名考官对一名考生的形式进行。

随着信息技术和计算机技术的不断进步，计算机辅助教学正在成为当前英语教学、训练、培训以及考试的发展方向（金陵，2013）。

故2013年起改为人机对话形式（即考生面对电脑）考试，同时人机对话考试内容将口语和听力合在一起，参考范围也普及到了整个青岛市区。

《2018年青岛市初中学业水平考试》在英语学科对听力和口语部分提出了以下要求。

“听力部分：考查学生听的能力，要求考生能听懂所熟悉话题的简短独白和对话。

学生应能做到以下几点：1.根据语调和重音理解说话者的意图；2.听懂有关熟悉话题的对话，并能从中提取信息和观点；3.借助语境克服生词障碍，理解大意；4.听懂接近正常语速的故事和叙述，理解故事的因果关系；5.在听的过程中用适当方式做出反应；6.针对所听语段的内容记录简单信息。
