The weather gets warmer, trees start budding with new leaves, and beautiful flowers begin to bloom everywhere you look. It's such a happy, colorful time!One of the best parts of spring is all the fun outdoor activities you can do again after being cooped up inside formonths. My friends and I love going to the park and playing on the swings, slides, and jungle gyms. We run around chasing each other, kick balls, and do cartwheels on the grass. Sometimes we even have picnics and eat our lunch outside on the warm, sunny days.Another great spring activity is flying kites! There always seem to be just the right breezy conditions to get kites soaring up high in the blue skies. My dad helps me get my kite untangled and up in the air.
