摘 要

随着社会经济的发展,应用制冷技术和专用设备以满足特殊温度要求的货物进行冷藏与日俱增,随着我国高速路的延伸,公路冷藏运输也发展起来,绝大部分冷藏车对货物采用隔热保温的方法。本设计以CA1046汽车三类底盘为基础,改装设计为小型冷藏汽车,该车冷藏箱可通过安装在副车架上的四个支撑从车架上方便移下,这样可以满足特殊条件的使用要求。利用制冷理论设计冷藏车既有隔热车厢隔热保温,又安装有制冷机组制冷,满足冷藏车的冷藏温度5℃~10℃的设计要求。运输中压缩机采用汽车发电机的电源驱动,在停车时可采用外接电源驱动压缩机。

Abstract

As social and economic development, application of refrigeration

technology and special equipment to meet the special requirements of the

temperature of frozen goods growing, as China's high-speed Road, the extension

of Highway Refrigerated Transport has also developed, the vast majority of the

goods refrigerated trucks used Insulation approach. The three designed to CA1046

car chassis as the foundation, the design modifications for small refrigerated

vehicles, the vehicle can be refrigerated containers installed in the frame of the

four support from the convenience of the frame shift, so to meet the special

conditions of use requirements . Refrigeration theoretical design using refrigerated

trucks both inside insulation insulation, refrigeration units equipped with

refrigeration, refrigerated trucks to meet the refrigeration temperature 5 ℃ to

10 ℃ design requirements. Compressors used in the transport vehicle driven

power generators in the parking available in an external power supply-driven

compressor.
