卡套接头(LOK)⼯作原理、特点及其连接形式1、⼯作原理卡套接头是通过螺纹互锁来压迫卡套,⽽卡套使管⼦均匀变形从达到密封的效果。
如图 1所⽰。
2、特点卡套接头连接⾮常简单,只需要⼀只记号笔和两把扳⼿就可以完成安装,⽽且便于检修,可以反复拆装。
卡套接头的密封性好、洁净度⾼,因此常⽤于⾼纯⽓体管路。
≤2”的卡套接头,公称压⼒可达20MPa以上。
卡套接头还具有可检测性,可以⽤专门的间隙检测来检查是否拧紧。
3、材质除了常见的SUS316,还有黄铜、铝、合⾦、碳钢、尼龙、PTFE、PFA、钛等材质。
需要说明的是,⼀般⼚家都没有SUS304的。
4、品牌名⽓较⼤、⽐较常⽤的品牌有美国的SWAGELOK(中⽂名称“世伟洛克”,其卡套接头技术上在全球占据领先地位,其品牌成了卡套接头的代名词,美国Parker公司的A-LOK;韩国的HY-LOK、SUPER-LOK、D-LOK、DK-LOK;⽇本的FUJKIN(富⼠⾦),⽇本的IHARA公司的BI-LOK。
⽬前⽣产卡套接头的⼚家⽐较多,国内也有⼀些⼚家在⽣产,有的鱼⽬混珠,因此订货之前⼀定要同业主确认好品牌。
5、常⽤型式按作⽤不同可分为:直通接头(UNION)、弯头(ELBOW)、三通(TEE)、⼤⼩头(REDUCER)、四通(UNION CROSS)、管帽(CAP)、堵头(PLUG)、转换接头(CONNECTOR、ADAPTER)等。
按接头的连接⽅式可分为:(1)Tube to Tube Union(所有接⼝都是LOK,最常⽤的,如图2);(2)Tube to Male/Female Pipe(有⼀个接⼝是丝⼝、其他接⼝是LOK,如图3);(3)Tube Stub Adapter(有⼀端是TUBE短管,如图4);(4)Tube to Weld End(有⼀端是⽤来焊接的短管,可以是TUBE管,也可以是PIPE管,如图5);(5)其他。
6、采购注意事项(1)卡套接头(包括转换接头)规格型号⽐较多,订货时⼀定要写清楚名称、规格和材质,最好写上⼚家的订购号,例如1/2'的SUS 316 Union Elbow(卡套弯头)的订单号,SWAGELOK是SS-810-9,DK-LOK是DL-8-S。

一.双卡套管接头的结构二.双卡套管接头的安装步骤:第一步:将管子插入接头,确保管子端部达到接头底部,并用手指拧紧卡套螺母。
第二步:在卡套螺母的6点位置做一标记。
第三步:用扳手固定接头本体,旋转卡套螺母一又四分之一转,这时所做标记旋转540度,至9点钟位置。
三.双卡套管接头的工作原理:在卡套螺母拧紧一又四分之一转的过程中,接头内部依次完成下面设计好的动作。
1.通过螺纹机械式推进,卡套螺母向前运动推动后卡套向前,同时后卡套推动前卡套向前运动。
2.接头本体的尖端向内挤压前卡套。
3.前卡套消除它的内径与管子外径间的公差。
4.随着后卡套的推进,前卡套向前向内动作,后端抬起,与接头本体斜面形成密封。
5.随着管子更大的变形和本体斜面与前卡套接触面的增大,更大的阻力迫使后卡套向内动作,从而在管子上形成第二道牢固的支撑。
6.在卡套螺母拧紧一又四分之一转,它前进了1/16inch(1.52mm),接头完成了密封,抱紧管子的作用。

对比于螺纹、扩卡套等接头形式,双卡套管接头是一种兼顾密封及安全的小口径管道连接件。
一个优良的双卡套管接头可以●承受高达管子爆破的压力而不泄漏。
●可用于真空及高压液体系统。
●可在低温状态下工作保证密封。
●在管子的最高额定温度下持久的密封。
●可重复拆装且保证密封。
双卡套管接头的这些性能使其广泛地应用于仪器仪表、石油化工、电力、气体等行业。
一.双卡套管接头的结构:二.双卡套管接头的常规安装步骤:第一步:将管子插入接头,确保管子端部达到接头底部,并用手指拧紧卡套螺母。
第二步:在卡套螺母的6点位置做一标记。
第三步:用扳手固定接头本体,旋转卡套螺母一又四分之一转,这时所做标记旋转540度,至9点钟位三.双卡套管接头的工作原理:在卡套螺母拧紧一又四分之一转的过程中,接头内部依次完成下面设计好的动作。
1.通过螺纹机械式推进,卡套螺母向前运动推动后卡套向前,同时后卡套推动前卡套向前运动。
2.接头本体的尖端向内挤压前卡套。
3.前卡套消除它的内径与管子外径间的公差。
4.随着后卡套的推进,前卡套向前向内动作,后端抬起,与接头本体斜面形成密封。
5.随着管子更大的变形和本体斜面与前卡套接触面的增大,更大的阻力迫使后卡套向内动作,从子上形成第二道牢固的支撑。
6.在卡套螺母拧紧一又四分之一转,它前进了1/16inch(1.52mm),接头完成了密封,抱紧作用。

卡套式管接头压力范围:250 –800 Bar(25MPa-80MPa)。
适用钢管尺寸范围:Φ4mm~Φ42mm。
适用材料:碳钢和不锈钢。
制造材料:304 316 20#卡套式管接头组成:接头体、卡套(前卡套、后卡套)、螺母。
密封原理:当卡套和螺母套在钢管上插入接头体后,旋紧螺母时,卡套前端外侧与接头体锥面贴合,内刃均匀地咬入无缝钢管,形成有效密封。
卡套连接方式优点:1、结构简单、密封性能可靠、使用方便、制造精良、外形轻巧美观。
2、不用加垫圈、不用焊接、节省材料、反复装拆性能好。
3、由于卡套管接头不用焊接,从而减少了管道杂质对系统性能的影响。
因此,卡套式管接头正日益广泛地应用在以油、气、为介质的液压气动设备管道中,特别适用有燃烧危险、高空作业和装拆频繁的场合。
卡套接头的装配A安装1、锯下合适长度的无缝钢管,去除端口毛刺。
钢管端面要与轴线垂直,角度公差不大于0.5度。
如果钢管需要折弯,则钢管端面至弯曲部位的直线段长度不能少于三倍螺母的长度。
2、把螺母和卡套套在无缝钢管上。
注意螺母和卡套的方向,不要装反。
3、在预装配接头体螺纹和卡套上涂上润滑油,把钢管插入接头体,(钢管一定要插到底)用手旋紧螺母。
4、拧紧螺母直至卡套卡住钢管,这个转折点可以通过拧紧力矩的增加感受到(压力点)。
5、达到压力点后,再将螺母拧紧1/2圈。
6、将预装配接头体拆下,检查卡套刃边的嵌入情况,可见的突起带必须填满卡套前端的空间。
卡套可以稍微旋转,但不能轴向移动。
7、最终安装,将实际安装中的接头体的螺纹涂上润滑油、压紧螺母与之配合拧至可感觉到的拧紧力增加为止,接着再拧紧1/2圈安装完毕。
B重复安装所有的卡套接头都可以多次重装,但要保证零件无损坏且清洁。
1、把钢管插入接头体直至卡套贴紧接头体内锥面,用手拧紧螺母。
2、用扳手拧紧螺母,直至拧紧力矩急剧增大,再拧紧1/4至1/2圈即可。
C检查可拆下钢管检查装配是否合乎要求:卡套端部的钢管上应该有均匀的轻微凸起。
