数学教学工作总结本学期我担任七年级国际班的数学教学工作，由于这个班是不同的教学理念和不同的教学方法，所以在教学上有很大的挑战。

不过经过这一个学期的努力，有很多收获，也有不足之处，希望今后要继承好的方面，摒弃不好的，并从中吸取教训。

下面就分几个方面来说说本学期的得与失。

首先是“全人教育”这种教学理念和“知识点教学法”这种教学方法在我到这里后才接触到的，并慢慢融入到自己的教学之中的。

“知识点教学法”以前我也只是复习的时候使用，从未在新课的课堂上使用过。

在情景，探究式教学大行其道的今天，我接受的更多的也是这种理念，现在突然要转变，把“知识点教学”用在新课上面真的有些措手不及。

开始的时候觉得很多时候是不知道如何提炼知识点，在校长的指导和自己的慢慢摸索中，明白了要去认真地挖掘教材，找到知识内在的联系，自己按着内在逻辑及考点划分出新课的知识点，而非平常意义上所说的知识点。

这无疑是增加备课的难度，需要花费大量的时间。

不过在自己的努力之下，这一步已经可以进入状态了。

但也有不足之处，备知识点的同时，对学生的认知前提备的不充分，把他们想得太理想了。

所以以后打算在备知识点的同时也要备学生，不能够凭经验来备了。

分层教学这也是以前没有在课内实施过的。

实施这种方法也是由于我们这个班的情况而定的。

基于这个班数学基础和接受能力的不同，把全班分为三个组，一个提高组，基于数学基础较好需要提高，这一个组主要是不放基础的同时，做一些有利于思维开发的提高题目，侧重培养他们的数学思维和能力另外还有他们的自学能力;一个中间组，这个组基础和接受能力都还可以，所以采取在掌握基础知识点的同时，适量做一些针对此知识点的变式练习，让他们数学能力和思维力争渐渐向提高组靠拢；还有一个组是补差组，由于这个组数学基础和接受能力非常弱，数学习惯也不好，所以采取的是新课时，基本知识点掌握就好了。

这样的方法不仅能够培养一些数学能力较好的学生，不浪费他们的时间，同时也减轻了数学能力弱的学生的负担。
