(3)另外:throw down 扔下throw away 扔掉,错失(机会等)3.Neither, either(1)either指两者中的任何一个,neither指两者都不,both表示两者都。
作代词时,either, neither一般接单数动词。

Could you lend your English book to me? 你能把你的英语书借给我吗?(3)keep 做“借”讲时,是延续性动词,表示“借了某物多长时间”,常与表示一段时间的状语连用,而lend 和borrow 是非延续性动词,不能与表示一段时间的状语连用。

(4)use 含有“借……用”之意,相当于borrow。

常用于offer sb sth或offer sth to sb的固定搭配。

另外:offer to do sth. 主动提出做某事。
He offered to lend me some money.他主动提出要借给我一些钱。
