分析了当前产教融合发展的瓶颈,并从国家逻辑、市场逻辑和高校逻辑3个方面对产教融合长效机制进行了研究。
在此基础上,总结分析了北京科技大学卓越人才培养计划的初步成效,从人才培养联盟、实践育人平台、实践教学体系、师资队伍、工程文化育人5个 方面详细阐述了深入推进产教融合的工作机制与实施路径,为卓越计划人才培养 改革提供参考。

The long-term mechanism is a basic guarantee for the integration of production and education , and plays a substantial role and promotes the systematic reform of higher education. This paper analyzes the bottleneck of the currentdevelopment of the integration , and studies its long-term mechanism from the three aspects of national logic , market logic and university logic. On this basis , the paper summarizes and analyzes the initial achievements of the outstandingtalent training program of the University of Science and Technology , Beijing. It elaborates on the integration of production and education from five aspects : talent cultivation alliance , practical education platform , practical teaching system , teaching staff and engineering culture. Our school trip took us on an adventure to explore the maritime marvels of Portsmouth. First up, we visited the legendary HMS Victory, the vintage vessel that led the British fleet to victory against the French and Spanish at the Battle of Trafalgar in 1805. Just setting foot on the decks of this ancient armed ship sent shivers of excitement down my spine!As our guide regaled us with riveting tales of canon fire and naval conquests, I could almost envision the thunderous roar of the cannons and brave sailors scurrying about. The cramped quarters and narrow halls made me glad I wasn't a deckhand back in those days. Can you imagine having to sleep in those tiny bunks and eat hardtack biscuits for months on end? No thanks!The best part was the amazing below-decks tour. We descended into the gloomy recesses of the ship's bowels and got to see the carpentry rooms, supply stores, and even the gruesome surgery theatre. Those men must have been made of strong timbers!After exploring the Victory's gundecks, gazing up at the web of riggings, and snapping a zillion photos, it was time for thepinnacle of our trip - a tour of the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. This place was insanely huge, like a massive factory city for manufacturing mammoth ships and subs.Our first stop was the enclosed dry dock, an immense concrete basin where ships go for repairs and overhauls. As we peered down at the skeletal hull gestating inside, it looked like a beached steel leviathan! The upper deck was completely stripped away, with sparks showering down as workers hustled to install new equipment and repair systems. I can't fathom how they manage to basically rebuild an entire ship from the inside out.Next up was the mind-blowing construction halls where they literally weld together entire naval vessels from flat sheets of steel. Strolling through the echoing bays, we gaped atthe looming segments of hulls, upturned bows, and ganglyship-skeletons in various states of construction. Watching arcs of blinding light burst from the welding rigs as robots and humans worked in tandem to stitch together these maritime titans was a mesmerizing spectacle.The scale of it all was just staggering - I felt like a tiny termite witnessing the erection of massive iron skyscrapers! The sheer sizes of the gantry cranes and floor-to-ceiling bays where theseships sprout to life was enough to make your jaw drop. Thank goodness for hard hats because I probably would've cricked my neck gawking upwards all day.I have to admit, before this field trip, I didn't have too much appreciation for the maritime side of the military. But after witnessing firsthand the supreme feats of engineering and rich historical roots, I've got a whole new respect for the naval forces. It's crazy to fathom the immense resources and round-the-clock labour required to construct these steel sea-titans from scratch. No wonder they cost billions of dollars apiece!From the skeletal iron ribs slowly taking shape to those cannon-blasting 19th century wooden warships, the shipbuilders of yesterday and today are all craftspeople with amazing skills. Spending a day walking the decks of an ancient gunship before roaming around a modern-day ship factory was seriously one of the most unique, eye-opening experiences ever. I'll never look at naval vessels the same way again. Those things are like armoured, explosive-packed cities bobbing on the waves!I'm buzzing with so much newfound respect for sailors, shipwrights, maritime history, and the jaw-dropping feats of naval shipbuilding. This field trip made me appreciate the colossal scale and complexity involved in ruling the waves. Thosesailors of yore were not only salty sea dogs but bonafide daredevils, squeezing into those cramped gundecks waiting to get blasted by canon fire at any moment. And today's shipbuilders are like magical metalworking wizards, shaping those humongous hunks of steel into seaworthy fortresses. What an utterly mind-blowing experience from stem to stern! I don't know if I have the stomach to pursue a nautic-al career, but I'll never gaze at a ship the same way again.。
