本学期，学校非常重视初三年级的教学工作，专门指派校长室徐主任挂线，为今年毕业班工作保驾护航，同时指派我和姚助理为大家做好后勤保障和各项服务。

首先和各位老师介绍一下这届初三的情况。

一上学期的期末成绩在澄西片内，我们始终位列总分位列第一，我查看了一下去年期末考试全江阴市初二年级的成绩，对于学校给我们布置的全市第八名的成绩，我们应该有信心能够完成。

但细看成绩，数学和物理恐怕面临的形势有点严峻，估计名次在15-20之间，所以我们总体还可以的情况下，有的学科还要继续保持，也有可以通过努力取得进步。

从个人总分来看我们尖子生的队伍还不都庞大，与其说不庞大，还不如说是很少，要么是尖子生有瘸腿学科导致总分不高，要么是各门功课都还可以但是不都尖导致总分不高，比较今年中考的初三有2位学生提前招生，我感觉今年面临的形势更为严峻。

我统计了一下初二全年4次考试成绩，能够稳居年级前列的有这么几个人 1班的张成，2班的高丽2班的周自育，3班的时蕴蕾3班的张烨成。

而这些孩子的总分无论是上半年和长泾片比和长金片相比下半年和我们自己片内相比都不在前列。

在初二的时候，我们也采取了一些方式，比如社团提优，周六义工提优等，但效果不太明显。

我总感觉孩子们的学习在身体上是积极的，在思维上不勤快。

我们更多看到的是他们更喜欢抄抄背背，一碰到数学或物理难题就无从下手不肯下手，。

针对这个问题，杨校也给我们初三留了很多原本就在初三的有经验的老师，这学期能不能大家一起想象办法，改善这种情况。

争取明年的竞争或提前招生有所突破。

有家长来和老师反映孩子已经学得很认真了，每天作业都做到九十点，怎么成绩还不理想，难道要做到后半夜不成。

动脑一分钟远比磨洋工10分钟更有效，所以1.这学期的会考，体育训练，口语，我个人主观不要总是想着耗时间，尤其是还影响到其他学科，大家都高效率完成，到点放学来去不能不能不大，你千万不要经常弄到晚上7-8点钟，作为年级组长，我是不会来表扬你的，只会说你是神经病。
